Contacted Mr. Talley for a bathroom remodeling job. He came out and looked at the job and stated that he would call me on the following Tuesday to give me a price. Mr. Talley had been recommended to me, so I was very interested. Mr. Talley did not call me as he stated he would. I called him and left several messages with no response from him. I finally gave up and found another contractor.
