+ -1 moreUnacceptable customer service. Technician removed refrigerator freezer door when I told him I’d pay him in 10 mins. This is after the card I had on file did not transmit due to the company’s faulty payment system. Avoid this business.

+ -1 moreThe service was great. it was a built-up problem with the ice, and they did a good job. They were able to pull out the extra ice and able to fix it and put in the new parts. They were polite and mannerable.

+ -1 moreThe technician arrived on time. was very courteous and explained what was being done and why. The tech had the part on hand (I guess gas oven igniters fail pretty regularly) and within about an hour of arrival, the oven was ready to go. If you have to have something repaired, doesn't get much better than that.
