very frustrating!

He showed up on time. He was very personable and professional. He was also very quick and had a pretty good idea of what the problem was. He finished the job in about 15 minutes. My experience with A&S Appliance Repair was good.

They guy that came out was great. He was the first person to call me back and everything in my freezer was thawing so I was desperate. He came on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and he rigged the compressor so that it would work temporarily until a new compressor could come in. It has been working well since. The part was covered by Kitchenaid and he was here for several hours. I think the price was a little higher than average but I didn?t talk to anyone else so I?m not sure. He didn?t mess up anything in my kitchen and he was very nice to deal with.

They came over and did a good job. My dryer stopped spinning and he had to put a new belt which involved some excess steps. It cost me a little more than I thought. He was there the next day and got the job done fairly quickly.

Schuyler saved Thanksgiving. My oven element had burned out days before Thanksgiving. Schuyler answered his phone right away and scheduled to come out that day. He arrived and was very polite and personable, even making friends with the dog. Schuyler diagnosed the problem right away, found the correct oven element, and replaced it the next day. The result? A reasonable repair fee and a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

They were great! They were prompt, cheerful & courteous and set straight to work on the problem with our dryer. They were able to fix the problem quickly and with skill. It turned out it had to do with the switch on the door. They recommended how to prevent the problem in the future which will hopefully help us from the problem occurring again. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

He was right on time, polite and quick. Very nice gentleman. I will definately call him again.

Our dryer stopped working. I called Mr. Nesmith and described the problem. He came to the house and investigated it. He diagnosed the problem and found he needed a part he did not have. He made arrangements to get the part and returned the next morning to finish the job. He was polite, honest and thorough. He did come 1/2 hour after the end of the interval when he told me he would be coming. The next morning (Saturday) he found he would be delayed, and called to let us know.

The service was excellent. He showed up when he said he would. He was funny and knew what he was doing.

The estimate was correct and the work was performed as described.
