was original pick up went alright i paid extra for additional pick up i was promised he would pick up 2 recliners on thursday 4-12-2015 he never showed up i called 3 times no one returned my calls as of today i am out 100.00 dollars i would like a pick up or refund

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. .It worked out fine. They came out when they said they would and they picked up everything I asked them to. As part of the deal I was able to point out things that I wanted removed from the basement and they carried them out. I didn't spend any additional. The price was outstanding. It was really cheap. They did a great job. They called me back every time. They were right on time.

When I called to arrange a service date, the company told me they no longer came to my area .I received a refund.

It was not worth the deal and I had to pay a lot more money to have them actually remove what I wanted them to do. It seemed like a bait and switch. I was very disappointed with this.

I ordered the "$100 for $200 worth of Junk Removal and Hauling!" on the morning of Wednesday 12/4/13. A message on the screen mentioned that someone would contact me by Friday 12/6/13 to schedule. I had not heard from them as of Thursday 12/12/13 so I called them in the early afternoon. I left a message on the answering machine to call me, but as of now (Sunday 12/15/13 1:30 PM) they have not contacted me. It is obvious they do not want my business, which makes me wonder why they would offer the deal in the first place. This certainly does not bode well for them, or even Angie's List, in my opinion. I did not want to enter a date in the "Approximate Service Date" fields above because I have not had ANY contact with the provider.

I used my credit card to secure them to do my haulout service.I later called to give them the date that I wanted them to come.All I got was an automated answering machine. Later I called your office and the person I spoke to got the same results.I later hired someonelse because it was important to clear out this area immediatly. Now ,my next question is when shall my $100.be released.? I had to place $100.00 on hold to secure the service.

They were very good guys. They were very responsive, very professional, cost effective and easy to work with.

The service was excellent. There were 2 very nice guys that came out. They did an excellent job of taking away what they had to, and it was not easy. I had a large sectional sofa that they needed to move for me. They did a great job, and they came when they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

I bought the special deal offered on angie's list website. then I called and made an appointment. They came in and after evaluating everything they gave me an estimate of $950.00 after deducting the $200.00 for the coupon. I do not know if the price was too high or not but I just needed to get it cleaned up.

I used this service as described above. I used the coupon on Angie's list which helped greatly. I will be using this company in the future. They responded quickly, and performed their service well.

They came in right on their estimate. They did a phenomenal job, were professional, and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them and will be using them again in the future. I would recommend them to friends and family.
