We did not go with S.W.A.T.for several reasons. Among them, they did not send anyone to the house to scope out the job and what it would entail. The basement has a French drain along its entire perimeter. My feeling was that it would have to be sealed. Asked that question of them by phone. All I got was someone who wasn't sure, but said they "seal any cracks in the basement floor".
Description of Work: We needed radon remediation (radon in the basement was as high as 6.6 Pc/L). S.W.A.T. was one of the companies we contacted.

Terrible. These people should have their license taken away.
Description of Work: Company came out and did a mitigation system in 2011. Retested in 2013 to find the radon level at 13- exactly where it was before the mitigation. Called company and they sent someone from Swat saying they are now a new company. Came out and sold me a higher speed fan. Radon still at 8. Not where it needs to be. They do not stick by their guarantee. They have terrible phone service. They do not send new test kits as the law requires them to do. I am going to call the state regulators on these people. Stay away.
