Description of Work: I used to use Pink Puppy 20 yr ago all the time as their service was good at a good price. Two times in a row, however, the original owner was grouchy and complained that his wife had overbooked/not informed him of all services I had requested over the phone. Turned me off! NOW, the son is running the business, and he was very responsive to my needs for timing and realistic result of the special problem I was having (cat urine). He did an excellent job, was professional and very pleasant. The price and result was better than another carpet company who did the same area a month before. I'm glad I decided to call Pink Puppy once again.

+ -1 moreRiley did a very good job of cleaning the carpeting. He paid extra attention to areas that were especially dirty. The carpets were completely dry at the end of the day. We will use Pink Puppy for our next carpet cleaning.
