I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Rob Kurian (owner) and crew were very professional, clean, punctional, did exactally what he said he was going to do, replied to questions and concerns, communicated everything every step of the way and he stuck to his schedule. Quality of construction is second to none and when I have additional work done in the spring I will definitely rehire Sun-In Builders. I am absolutely thrilled with my deck, I couldn't be more satisified, thank you Rob and crew!

The project was professionally planned and executed in minimum time. The company owner spent time with my wife and me to understand our concepts, needs, wants and desires, then produced a design that met our expectations perfectly. He took full responsibility for permitting and material ordering/delivery. Then, from start to finish, beginniing with delivery of supplies and ending with final permit inspection, the project took only 5 day, and note that this was a complex project...multi-levels with octagonal corners and full skirting (to include a small garage for my lawn tractor). The results were spectacular. Best deck in the neighborhood. In fact, one of our neighbors hired him immediately to do one for them too. The construction team (3 people) were friendly, professional and worked dilligently, even in harsh weather (some snow). The work place was kept in an orderly manner when work was underway and cleaned up at the end of each day. My wife and I coould nt have been happier with this project. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sun-In Builders to anyone needing a deck designed and built. These are first-rate, professional people!
