Sun In Builders

This builder put on a ramp to our deck and did a fabulous job. Rob came out and gave me a quote. Two weeks later they started the project and asked for 1/2 down. They finished in a day and a half. They were punctual, professional and I am very happy with their work.

I recently hired Rob to build a deck at my familys shore house, He is amazing to work with. He took the extra time and explained all the pros and cons of all materiel both new and old. The deck he and his gang built came out not only amazing but extremely extraordinary. We have been given many compliments on our new deck but really Tob should receive all the credit. 10 star service. Very pleased with Rob and his guys. They did a great job. I liked that Sun In Builders handled the permits. Rob and his team were very courteous. They removed my old deck in one day and and did a great job of cleaning up. My two new decks were completed in the time schedule promised. Pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Sun In Builders if you are building or replacing your deck!

Few boards with questionable flatness but owner will replace.

Rob and his team were great! They built a new deck on my townhouse. Handled the permits, communicated well, and completed the job quickly.

The deck was built haphazard needs repair, the builder will not respond to many phone calls. Did not receive a warranty, all started April of 2019, not done yet. I gave him $15000 and that is how he treated me, I am very upset due to the end result, the steps were incorrectly done, the bord that attaches to my home, you can see that is cut out.

They were extremely efficient, very courteous and they did a fine job. They met all of the deadlines they promised. They cleaned up afterwards. It was a magnificent job and there was great interaction with the me.

Working with Rob was GREAT! I received my estimate during our very first visit. Once funding was available he started right away since January was not the busiest time of year. My two level deck was completed in 5 working days! Rob had a plan and stuck to it. We made a few tweaks to the layout and my deck ended up having even more usable space than before. The completed deck looks terrific. I can hardly wait to get out there and grill with a cocktail in my hand. Thanks, Rob! I am very happy.

Rob and Sun-in-builders saved my sanity. I was frustrated after nine other contractors left me high and dry in communication, follow through on scheduling to get a quote and unreasonable prices for our deck build. I received a call from Rob and decided to have him out to take a look. He was prompt and gave me a great price quote on the spot. His communication was top rate, He always called backed within a few hours of me contacting Him. The wood he used for the deck was grade A! Not that crap you get at Home Depot. His craftsmanship is top shelf as well. He had our deck built in two days. Well three days, but that was due to an overly anal retentive Inspector. He handled that with ease and class as well. I can't express how happy we are with our new deck. Please don't hesitate to call Rob at Sun-in-builders first for your projects. He will take all the stress and frustration out of your project. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Rob Kurian (owner) and crew were very professional, clean, punctional, did exactally what he said he was going to do, replied to questions and concerns, communicated everything every step of the way and he stuck to his schedule. Quality of construction is second to none and when I have additional work done in the spring I will definitely rehire Sun-In Builders. I am absolutely thrilled with my deck, I couldn't be more satisified, thank you Rob and crew!

My first call was promptly returned and I found Rob, the owner, to be very professional and knowledgeable. When my work was scheduled, he and his workers were here on time and did a very nice job. My old 12'x15' deck was removed in one day and rebuilt in one day. The work site was left neat with all deck furniture replaced carefully.

They streamlined the operation! Were prompt to come out, and I was immediately impressed they would do a good job. Answered all questions I needed answers to - Didn't prolong the project, and ensured to explain any maintenance necessary for the deck. They were also willing to work with us on price.
