I contacted him to provide service with me, and he seemed nice, because he said that he has all the materials needed and I don't need to provide for it. we schedule it for Thursday and he said he cannot come and then we rescheduled it for Sunday and he said that he will come at 5:30pm but I told him it's too late because he will do cement and asked if we can reschedule it again and that's the time he start to get angry and text my daughter and start ranting. I told him that I am the one who is speaking with him, and then changed the story and told me that he needs to buy the materials and he will use his children funds like it costs $125 but in the first place he told me that he does have the materials in his house. I don't want other people to experience this.
