Description of Work: Examined roof, did not call with estimate, stated that they lost forms. Came again, said that entire roof gutters had to be replaced. Asked for price, stated they would call with price. Never did. Asked another gutter person to come out and make an estimate. They states that only one corder was defective, and they could replace it at nominal cost. Impression is that Gutter Guys did not want to do less than the whole roof.

Description of Work: They sent someone out to give an estimate for a very simple job, the requirements being (by city code) that all of the downspouts empty into existing pipes which will not interfere with the sewage. When told this the estimator simply said that doing it the way it should be done would not look nice and proceeded to give an estimate for work that would not be up to code.

Description of Work: they repsonded quickly with an estimate and were accomodating within our time requirements. they ended up redoing some gutter work we had just had done that was not done properly.
