Overall it went very well. I'm happy with the new gutters. The old ones were old and were leaking. The new ones are much better. Initially they were responsive with a prompt sales visit to estimate the work to be performed. They provided a written estimate and explained the scope of work and cost. Once we selected them they needed to come out again for a more detailed walk off. We did have to call a few times to confirm the work date. The guys that did the work very thorough. I did have to call because I noticed a leak or two but they came back and fixed it. No big deal. I'm happy with the new gutters, the guys that did the work did a very good job. A bit of extra effort was required to get them to return calls etc... and that's why they didn't get all A/B level scores.

Salesman arrived exactly on time, quote was fair and firm. Promised install date was kept. Work is excellent, clean up complete. Very satisfying experience.

They were very nice over the phone. They came out at the appointed time and recommended me to wait till I got my roof done. I wasn?t here when they came to do the work, but everything looked like it was done right. They were really helpful with that.

When Jason came out to give an estimate, I found him knowledgeable about the products. They did a good job. There was some gaps in communication at times, but they always cleared up any misunderstandings. Also, we did have some concerns about some areas of the work. How-ever, with some calls they came out and took care of our concerns, no problem. The gutters,downspouts and soffits look great.

They have a salesman that came out and gave us an estimation. I called them to see if they could come out and get the work done soon because we are having a problem every time it rained. I never received a response from them, so I chose another company. Strangely enough, I found a provider who came the next day and had a lower price. Gutter Guys finally called me, 3 weeks after the salesman had come to my home. I would never call them again.

Mike came out at the pre-determined time to give us the estimate. He really knew his product and didn't play the "sales"game we had with another company. He made sure to know what our needs were and also made a suggestion that no one else did, however simple it was it was so logical. He suggested we have the rear downspout face to the rear of the house, not to the side, as it was, to avoid pooling in that area.(he was right,because it always did!). He even stopped out as the work was being done. It rained a few hours later, and the gutters work great, and no more leaks!

They had the most competitive price. The product looks great. They came out a day late and did the work. One downside was that I had to schedule about three weeks out. Once they came out everything was great, except for one small issue. I have called them about it and they have scheduled for someone to come out and fix the issue.

EXCELLENT. I had worked with George in the sales process for almost a year as they cleaned my gutters before I started a large renovation. George was always responsive and called and stopped by when he said he would. We came up with a design once the home renovations were at a state that allowed for it. George gave me the quote on site. We negotiated and arrived at a number we both were happy with. Due to their busy schedule the install was scheduled 3-4 weeks out. I was contacted by the office the week prior and they started when George promised they would. Josh and Pete arrived on time and we walked the property assuring we were on the same page. It took them a day and a half to implement and we walked the house again reviewing the work? Workmanship was amazing! I am insane when it comes to details, trust me. They met and exceeded my expectations. I am SO HAPPY that I went with them over their competitors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They were really good. They came, got out their equipment, and did the job. They told us that everything was okay and then they left. I appreciate that they took all their trash with them. My daughter talked to the workers and she was pleased with their professionalism.

They responded quickly. A storm was coming the next day, so I called them up. I asked if they could get me in before the storm. They came and did it; it was just wonderful. They were great. I would highly recommend them.

When they initially came to do the work, they noted that the color choice did not seem to match our house, so they had the salesperson return with metal samples to help us make a better selection. The work was performed promptly and professionally. They returned to check out the placement of one of the elbow joints.

I appreciated that they came out promptly to give the estimate. They did have good prices, however I chose not to use them since they do not put the gutter covers back on after they clean the gutters.

Estimate was provided the day I called. I had three other estimates and all were around same amount. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT FOR ANGIE'S LIST REFERENCE, SO MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM. The estimator provided exact 'mock-up" sample of what the gutter system was going to look like. I wanted a seamless gutter with internal hangers. Workers showed up later than they were supposed to, as they tried to do a "small job" before coming to my house. As a result the work took three days, as a rain storm postponed the completion in two days. This was not really a problem as all the work was exterior and I did not need to be there. They needed to move a gutter that looked out of alignment and did so without any argument; they wanted me satisfied and did so. Job looks great! I ordered the 32 gauge thickness (not 27 gauge) gutter with 3"x5" down spouts instead of the standard 2"x3" down spouts; they will take more water and look better. HOWEVER, I had to remind them to put in the "strainers" that go from the gutter to the downspout connection that keeps leaves from clogging up the drain hole; they complied. I chose this company because they use their own employees (better quality control) and besided PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE; they had BOTH LIABILITY AND WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR PROTECTION, as if a worker is injured or killed on your property YOU WILL BE SUED. SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS INSURANCE CERTIFICATE BEFORE WORK STARTS AND THAT IT IS UP TO DATE AND YOU ARE A "NAMED INSURED" ON THE POLICY; anything less can be a very big problem if someone is injured.

They performed the work precisely with efficiency. The area was left clean; all debris was disposed of. I called them sometime after completion because I was having a run off over the roof and they returned promptly and removed leaves that were blocking the drain.

Employees were polite, punctual, and very efficient. Did exactly what they said they would and cleaned everything up. They also had estimated on what was requested, not like the way some estimates told us what we should do and not what we asked for.
