The Gutter Guys

When the estimate was given, my husband requested several things that he wanted included in the job. The Gutter Guys had no problem with his request. They were much more affordable than the first estimate from a "big box store" who estimated thousands of dollars more. I waited until several rainfalls before reviewing their work. There have been no problems. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Rob arrived right on time and I explained the situation to him. I had an underground drain system attached to my downspouts last year by another company who works exclusively on draining systems, and the fitting had cracked. They had asked me to contact a gutter specialist to see if the downspout needed to be extended to help resolve the problem. Rob explained several different ways in which the issue could be resolved, both with and without extending the downspout. In the end I determined that the other company was responsible to fix it, and so I did not need to use the services of Gutter Guys, but I certainly will in the future. I always appreciate when a company is honest and straightforward. I never felt like they were trying to "sell" me something, and it was clear that Rob's main concern was that the problem in MY home was solved as efficiently as possible. As a homeowner, that makes me feel good.

My only complaint was a 2 week delay from the time I called just for an estimate. I think they were very busy after a bad storm in this area. Josh Onisick gave me the estimate. He was very professional , knowledgeable, & respectful. The front gutter was replaced with 6" without a problem. Unfortunately the existing side & back gutters(not attached to the front) are 5" so they had to re-order 5" instead of the 6" that they ordered initially. They told me they would return the following week which turned into 3 weeks without a call. I did receive a call the night before they returned & Dave & Josh did an excellent job! My house is over 100 years old & difficult to work with.

Very pleased with service and turn around. Had to call them a week after Rob came out to give an estimate but they tell you two weeks anyway. But I called because we had a gutter hanging off from the roof and feared a good storm would bring it crashing down on our cars. When I explained this to the lovely girl who took my call, she said she would speak with the owner and call me back. Twenty mins later she called to tell me they were coming out the next day! Amazing service and would recommend to anyone.

The service went very well. The technicians did a fine job and finished the job in 2 days. I was very happy with the result. Scheduling was pretty quick and it only took about a week to schedule them out.

Last week I had a most satisfying meeting with Joe Flynn, a sales representative of Gutter Guys. I say ?most satisfying? as Joe took the time to carefully explain exactly how the gutters were installed, demo pieces and all. Never did I feel rushed and he patiently answered many a question. As I am still dealing with major repairs from Storm Sandy, it was refreshing to learn so much from such a professional, good natured individual! Saga to be continued when installation is complete???? When I called to schedule, they said they would come within 2 weeks but they were actually here within 2 days. The guys were very courteous and professional. They even asked me if they could place their ladders in the garden mulch prior to setting up. After they finished, they cleaned up the area and were on their way.

I just call them and I think they do a very good job. They’re usually on time. I’ve had no problems so far with them. They know my house. When they came out the first time, they actually knew what they were going to do. So when I call again, I don’t have to worry about anybody coming out. They just do it and they leave the bill in the mail box. So it’s over and done with. They just do a good job and my gutters look clean. I have a 2 story house and I can’t go way up there and look, but I think they are very reliable. One of my neighbors also used them and they liked them also. They are very good and their price is quite reasonable. It’s comparable to a lot of other ones that I called. I like to get 3 estimates but I never had the time to get them. They were very good though. Their quality is good. Their responsiveness and punctuality are very good too.

When I called to get an estimate, they came out within acouple days and gave me the estimate. It was a good price so I put a deposit down to schedule the service. They were a little backed up due to the horrible winter near Doylestown, PA.(and everywhere else in the Northeast) They called and scheduled a time within 2 weeks. The 2 workmen came out on time, we went over everything that I wanted and they did it exactly as I requested. They were very professional and really easy to talk too.

The Gutter Guys were great! They were quick to return our call and come out to give us a quote. They answered all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly. They originally estimated that it would take them 3 weeks to fit us in, but they came out and did the job yesterday, only a little more than a week after they came out to give us the quote! Our new gutter looks great and we're very pleased with the service The Gutter Guys provided!

Everything went well. The work was promptly finished, and the quality was outstanding.

They were great. They did a very nice job and were very neat. They were a pleasure to work with. We will use them again next year.

We are pleased with the result. The installation was slowed, due to snow, but the job was still completed as soon as they could safely get on the roof. They removed and disposed of the old gutters, and cleaned the job site. Now, as the snow is melting, the water is pouring out of our new gutters. They are working great. We live in a wooded area and often had leaves and tree debris clogging our gutters. It is nice to know that our gutters are now doing their job, without having to climb the ladder to clear them.

I recently got gutter cleaing service from Gutter Guys. With in a week, an estimator came to my property to take the measurement. He also collected the payment. I was told my check will be cached out only after the completion of work. I was also told that actual work will be done in two weeks of time and some one will call me a day before the work. I told him that I am suspecting a leak from one corner of gutters and I wanted to be present when the work is beeing done. A week after that I found a note at my main door indicating that Gutter cleaning has been done. There is no mention of the problem I had discussed with the estimator. I can not comment on the quality of the cleaning they did as no one was at home that time. I am really unhappy as no one called me before doing the work as I was told.

It went well and they charged a fair price. They were nice, had it quickly, and cleaned up nicely.

I thought had done my homework and felt given the good reviews this specific project could be done by this company. The day of the estimate I asked question they were answered. My main concern was the leaf guard icicles and water overflow. But felt satisfied enough to place the order for the work. To my suprise on the back of the contract everything was quite clearly wriiten. It address the icicles and water overflow question. I called the Estimator right away. He had not heard about this but if it's there. Given the roof the house has should not be worried and they would work w/me any problems. The following day I called spoke w/ Mike he has the product on his home answered all my questions and gave me assurances. When I mention I was thinking of canceling. He was not agressive about keeping the business.Essentialy said I should do what is best for me. I did cancel just for a peace of mind.So I learn to do my homework right the first time and Mike is a good business man.

They were professional and they did a great job. They had a fair price but I do not know if it was a great price. They came when they said that they were going to. They called up and checked on the gutters to make sure that the guys did a good job. I did not have any problems with them. They just did their job and that was it.

The gutter guys came at the day and time for the appointment. The representative was personal and professional and got along well with the dogs. I used their "special" which included replacing the gutters, as well as installing their gutter system. They showed up in the time frarm and installed everything. The yard was clean, and all debris was gone. It's a wonderful job. I have used this company for both yearly cleaning, as well as the new replacements. They are wonderful to work with.

The Gutter Guys remedied all my problems with gutter drainage and did an excellent job. It works great. The quality of their work was tremendous and they did it while we were on vacation. I highly recommend The Gutter Guys.

The company called me and made an appointment within a day after I left a message on their website. The estimator called and made arrangements to come earlier than expected which was OK. He was very pleasant to deal with. I explained that I needed my gutters repaired from some tree damage, about 50feet in the back and about 20 ft in the front. I knew it was a small job but got a couple of quotes anyway. We did not go with them because their quote was over $200 more than the other quote we received. I told the estimator right away that he was out of the ball park but he could only drop his price by 15%, which was still $70 too much. I will call them again if I need work done to see if they are more realistic with their price.

The salesman Gary was very professional, came prepared with his presentation, had products and samples that were interactive and functional to show, and an iPad to show information about the products and company. After they installed the gutters they had promised us a brush to use to clean the gutters, it was not provided to us with installation, Gary was extremely proactive and he drove it to our house right away. Also while we were on vacation they did correct a piece for my down spout at no extra cost. So the customer services were excellent!!

They called the day before to confirm their visit. They cleaned the gutters down to bare metal. All gutters are working perfectly after the cleaning. Several sever thunderstorms have tested the cleaning and they passed well.

It went extremely well. We were very happy with their services. They were on time for both the estimate visit and the actual work. Kept us informed of delays due to weather. Very professional.

Filled out online request for information and was contacted within 1 hour. Appointment was setup two days later. Met with Rob on Saturday and he was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. Was told that the work would be done within two weeks. Came home the following Friday, and saw that all work had been completed. Gutters look great! Could not be happier. I would recommend the Gutter Guys to anyone.

Very prompt, clean and professional. When there was an issue, they responded quickly, resolved the problem correctly the first time.
