We had several unfinished areas of our house where we stripped some wall paper. We found it tedious and time-consuming. I called ProPainters Plus and Michael, the CEO, came out as scheduled and did a very comprehensive walk-thru with ipad in hand. Even though his estimate wasn't the absolute lowest (although it was very competitive), I chose Michael's company because of the way he conducted the walkthru and the format of his proposal. Both were very comprehensive and I had a gut feeling that he and his team would be very conscientious in how they performed the work. My instincts were right on. Michael worked with me to schedule the job and kept in contact to coordinate a potential earlier start. A free color consultation comes with the package. Claire was instrumental in helping us choose colors - even for rooms that we did not engage Michael to paint! The project team was extremely friendly and professional. They paid extreme attention to detail and their work was excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Because it was summer, the kids were home and the crew worked around the family without complaint. We got to trust them so much that we gave them a key to our house so they could paint our bedroom paint while we were on vacation! It was awesome to come home to see the beautiful transformation. The best part of working with Michael was how he kept in close touch with us to keep us apprised of the progress. Michael is a great communicator and gave excellent customer service. He was easy to reach and very responsive. These guys will go the extra mile to do the job right. For example, when they painted our bedroom they discovered that the border (which needed to be removed) was adheared directly to the drywall. They ended up putting two coats of spackling to cover the border before painting. It looked perfect! It was a lot of extra work, but Michael does not "nickel and dime" his customers - no additional charge! I can't recommend Michael and Pro Painters Plus enough! In fact, I have already recommended them to a friend who was extremely happy with their experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very positive experience. The owner Michael was very prompt at showing up in giving me a competitive estimate. I was please with the earlier interior painting so went with them for the exterior also.

Although we didn't select them to perform the work, we would defintely contact them for future work. Mike was punctual, responsive and communicated with us very well. The main reason that we didn't select them was schedule. Also, his price was competetive, but a little high.

Overall I was very pleased with the work and professionalism of Pro Painters Plus. Michael (the owner) provided a detailed proposal and contract for the job. In addition, he promptly returned all phone calls and emails. The work was done in two phases. The pressure washing and stucco work was performed in October 2011 and the actual painting was done in April of 2012 due to inclement weather. The work crew arrived when scheduled and did a very nice job of painting my house. There was one minor issue with the replacement of the shutters which I had to point out but that was resolved to my satisfaction.

They did a great job. I am busy during the day, so I prefer to communicate over e-mail. We exchanged all info over e-mail. Michael responded almost immediately to all e-mails. He came by at the agreed-to time which worked with my schedule. He was here when he said he would be to give an estimate. We agreed on the estimate and then he also was quick to accomodate my schedule to be here to paint on the day I requested. They arrived on time. They were clean and left everything clean. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again. Thanks!!

I would like to thank Mike and the staff at Pro Painters Plus for a job well done. We prepared our home for the real estate market and needed help completing some necessary exterior painting tasks. Mike at Pro Painters Plus was professional, prompt and courteous. He was very helpful in planning the details of the job and making suggestions that would keep the estimate at a reasonable cost. The Pro Painters Plus painters were good workers, paid attention to detail, courteous and cleaned up well after the job.

The owner (Michael) of Pro Painters Plus submitted a professional quotation in a timely manner. I liked the three year guaranty. He was on the job from start to finish always letting me know the status of the job. This was especially important because there were a lot of rain delays. They cleaned up so well everyday you couldn't tell they were at my house. Michael will be back at my house this spring to inspect the job. I plan to have them do some interior painting this winter and spring. They have a decorator to help you pick out colors. This is a no charge service.

Job went quite well, Mike does a great job of communicating and they worked clean and professional. Also, helped us with a stucco repair contractor and woodworker for sill repairs that were both very good.

Extremely happy with their work!!! Mike is a wonderful person to work with as is his crew. Very professional in every way. Everyone else seems to have said it all in their reports, but I wanted to add that I had just about given up on having my home painted and doing it myself. I had painters in the past and it was such a nightmare I swore I would never hire anyone again to paint inside my home. I am looking forward to having them back again in the future.

I really cannot say enough good things about Pro Painters Plus. The only word that comes to mind to describe their work is AWESOME. Their name is an accurate description of what they provide. They are truly professional painters who go out of their way to do a job right. In my house, they painted two bedrooms. two baths, a hall and foyer, and family room. Four areas had damaged ceilings which now look as if nothing ever happened to them. Their work is meticulous. The job ended up taking extra time due to all the surprises/gotchas encountered during the job, mostly due to the sloppy work of other painters who have been here in the past. Mike and his crew took each of these surprises in stride and repaired the area correctly. One (of many) examples involved my family room. There is paneling on the walls (it's an early 70's house) which we had covered with paintable pater several years ago. Some areas had bubbled and when Mike's crew went to prep the walls for painting, the paper came right off the walls. Mike's crew then tore all the paper off, primed the walls, filled in the grooves, spackled the walls, and then primed some more. It took extra time, but they did a fantastic job and did the job right as opposed to continuing to cover up shortcuts of others. Please consider using Pro Painters Plus for your job. It's rare to find the pride in a job well done and talent that Mike and his crew display. I wish there were a ranking above "A"--somehow an "A" doesn't seem sufficient in rating the job Pro Painters Plus did on my house.

Excellent job overall. Customer service and job performance was exceptional. Reasonable pricing and great attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Mike, gave a very detailed/thorough estimate. Was willing to negotiate on price, but although still higher. I felt he was the right person to do business with. His painter "Tim", was very neat and did an excellent job.

The entire project could not have been better. From the first day I meet Mike, when he arrived to do a walk through to spec out the project until the last day, everything was great. Mike and his team did a fantastic job, they were experts at what they were doing. As part of the service Mike provides a representitive from Sherwin Williams paints to come to the hous and help us select the colors for each of the rooms. This was followed up with 81/2 x 11 samples of the colors we chose. The entire project took 8 days, which is what Mike estimated it to be, he stayed an extr day to go through the house and touch up any areas he felt did not look right. The power wash and re-stain of the Deck was also excellent, my Deck now looks like the first day it was put up. I would recommend Pro Painters Plus LLC to anyone who needs their home painted.

From my first meeting with Mike it was a pleasure he is very knowledgeable and very nice. He first came to give us an estimate and we got a proposal the next day. He came at our request to help us choose the colors. Mike and his crew came to do the work which took 3 days to complete. (Very neat and clean and great workers) After the job was completed we found a couple of things so we called Mike and he came over to fix right away. (great service) Over all very happy with the results and the experience. One of Mike's sayings is that they beautify you home and that is the truth.

They were great. They did a great job. They will be coming back soon to paint another room for me. They will also be staining my new deck and power cleaning my house outside. I rate them high overall.

They were extremely accommodating to try and get the price down. I am still looking at them to do the painting work. Their salesperson has been great. They were more professional than the others. I have a couple of complicating factors and they seemed like they knew products to do that. They were very responsive. They are great with the followup. I would use their service in the future too.

Michael and his team were always on time, professional and worked cleanly. Even when I changed color at the last minute Mike didn't skip a beat. His crew are very friendly, flexible, accomodating and forgiving with two golden retrievers getting in their way.

I was completely satisfied with the interior paint job. I plan to use this company again to complete the rest of my house. I found the owner, Michael, to be invested in the job and really knows the business. He offered a color consultation, which was a big selling point.

Was was a god send for my wife and I. We had a different painter originally to do the work. It started off our job getting pushed back three weeks. When they did arrive, it seemed like half of the guys on the 5 man crew had no idea what to do. The business owner was there for an hour the first day, and we didn't see him the rest of the week. It took me until the following week to get a hold of him. He finally called back after I threw his crew off the job. A friend referring us to Mike at Pro Painter Plus. I called him that night at 9:00pm to leave a message and to my amazement he picked up the phone. He was at the site the following day to give me an estimate. In my experience it can take over a week, sometimes up to 3 weeks to get quotes back from painters, Mike had his back to me in 2 days. He wasn't the lowest quote I had received for the job, but he was far from the most expensive. When he came back to review the proposal with me, he walked me through every detail of the job, the process the would take, and the time line. His crew started later the following week. Mike and his team were on the job, set up and plugging away by 8am. It was a very well coordinated team. Mike on the site painting with his team for at least a half day 4 days a week. When he was not there guys guys knew what to do and were just as efficient. The job was done on time, and looked unbelievable. We had a progress meeting every 2-3 days so I could ask any questions, and he would explain the next steps. My only regret in this whole process was not finding Mike right out of the gate. I would highly recommend Mike to my friends and family and he will be doing all of my interior finishing, and painting work in the future.
