It has been over 5 years when this company did my siding. Left nails all over the place, covered up my laundry gas outlet with siding, interchanged the garage light fixture with the porch which they had removed to install siding. Did not use or give us an option for whole house wrap, resulting in poor insulation. Cut up big square holes where electric goes in the house, numerous mistakes. Called numerous times never came, once he got paid. Stank up my bathroom when he used it. Now my neighbor needs siding and we both need new roofs, will never call him.

About six months after installation, we developed leaks around our skylights on the roof. During the roof installation Classic Exteriors re-used the original flashing around the skylight curb instead of replacing with new materials. The worst part was I called the owner at least 10 times on both his business and cell phones and never got a return call. The owner was extremely rude to my wife during the installation and embarrassed his employees at one point. I am forced to find another roofer to reinstall new flashing as well as a drywaller to repair the water damage on the interior - costs to repair CE's shoddy work >$1,000

I was not aware that Member filed a report about us. In the past five years, Classic Exteriors has replaced at least (10) roofs in his neighborhood. Member is the only one that chose not to replace his skylights. Every other neighbor had leaking skylights and chose to have them replaced. Skylights last on average 15 years, if you are lucky! Our contract clearly states that we would “preserve (2) skylights”, which we did. We have had no complaints about any of the replaced skylights leaking to our knowledge.
