Great.

At first, it was a really good experience. they were reponsive to my call and came out to get a look at the area i wanted to landscape. They submiied a drawing for me that did not represent what i ended u with. I explained to them that i was clueless about gardening and wanted to make the border of my house like a cottege garden. They came to see my house and then after i received the estimate and drawings of what i could expect, i trusted that they knew what thery were doing. Long story short.. i contacted them several tims after they planted my garden to asked why many of the plants had the roots exposed. I also shared with them that some of the plants were not doing well and that based on how the sun hit my house, some should not be in direct sun all day and others needed sun all day so they would not droop. I have done extensive research and now know that they did not plant the best plants for how i get sun, the soil, and the drainage. Although t looks much better than it did before i hired them..it looks as if a novice planted my garden and nt a professional job at all. They committed to come back and move some of plants around in the fall. I emailed them a week ago and they have not gotten back to me. I trusted they knew what they were doing and put my faith into their expertise. Their wesite states 100% customer satisfaction..i think not!

The guy came out on time to give us a price. The guys that did the work were really talented and nice. They were cheaper than the other prices we got and I couldn't imagine any one else having done a better job. All said and done, we had a great experience.
