Very easy to do business with, thatâ s for sure.

He was very prompt and courtesies. I called on a Monday, he came on Wednesday, and the next Monday I had the Appraisal.

We feel the appraisal was low since we have access to build a road for development. It seems this was not taken into consideration

Cannot appraise property with multiple acreages, wrong information provided, very unprofessional.

Rude and did not care enough to listen to the facts we had on the deed. The time to meet was 10 am. At 9:45 Howard called to say he was there, when I told him I could not be there till 10 he sighed like I was an annoyance. We told him how much land was with the property and he has the wrong acreage on the report. I emailed him asking if that affects the Appraisal and still no response. Howard Beeco is not someone I would hire again.

The appraiser was prompt with both his responses and getting the appraisal to me.

It was a pleasure working with Howard. He worked relentlessly to get me an appraisal on a home that had nothing to compare to. I would use him again and reccomend him to anyone and everyone.

He seemed to not believe that I had processed payment. He kept asking for reassurance and refusing to release the appraisal. It bothered me that he thought I might be dishonest.
