Josh fit me into his busy schedule, which was great, but there were major miscommunication issues. When we did a walkthrough, he gave me a quote that I agreed to; when he sent the contract, however, the quote was $10k higher than he had stated. I agreed to it because I needed the work done ASAP, as my previous contractor had cancelled at the last minute. Josh gave me a small refund for not doing one part of the job but refused to correct or refund me for multiple items that were done incorrectly. Now I am spending thousands of dollars to fix things that should have been done in the first place. One of the contractors I hired to repair the work said he was appalled both by the shoddy job and the lack of recompense. I do not recommend this company.

A new vaulted ceiling was installed, on short notice and carefully coordinated with a foam insulation crew and a drywall mudding/taping/painting crew. The work was performed flawlessly and professionally, on schedule and at the agreed-upon price. I've already contacted 215Build for my next project, and I'm looking forward to another superb performance.

They were incredible. Always on time and were always available to answer questions. The outcome is incredible, I would suggest them to anyone for home projects.

From start to finish they were able to help us redesign our kitchen, demolition and wall removal to new wiring, plumbing, cabinets, counters, flooring and trim work. They are very detail oriented, customer friendly and on time. We were able to still live in the house through it all. We would highly recommend them.

215Build just finished a remodel of our kitchen and living room. The work they did was phenomenal. Joe was so helpful during the design process. He went above and beyond to make sure we found a design that we were happy with and maximized the use of our budget. As first time home remodelers, he was so helpful with clarifying things that we did not know about the process, and explaining them honestly. Josh and the building team were also great and the finished product looks great! The team worked very hard to deliver a great product and stay true to the budget. We would work with them again. Great experience.

Josh was great to work with, his pricing was competitive. He clearly explained details of the project, and was clear about any additional costs. He researched and confirmed any applicable codes were followed. The roof was done in the timeline given and he crew worked very efficiently and no mess was left behind. Thanks!

Not only did Josh take all the time we needed to feel comfortable with the plans to build our new walk-in closet, but he demonstrated his broad knowledge and vast experience in construction when he insisted that additional support was needed to safely install a floor to prevent damage or a trip to the hospital! His attention to detail is one of the reasons we will hire Build215 again. Do not trust just anyone. We now have a beautiful walk-in closet that is also safe to stand on.

Josh did a fantastic job on two bathrooms remodels as well as adding a basement suite (bedroom and bathroom)! He is very reliable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend him for any remodel or addition in your home. We will be hiring him to remodel our kitchen in the fall as well!

I was a little leary at first hiring a contractor to remodel my basement at first considering the fact that I am a carpenter myself. My wife was 8 months pregnant at the start of the job which is why I did not do the job myself. From the first day that Josh came in to look at the job he was very courteous, professional and knew what he was talking about. Being in the trade myself, many contractors act like they know what they are talking about but it stops there. Josh and his crew KNEW what they were doing every step of the way. We had at least 2 or 3 more than minor changes which could have caused a delay on the completion of the job but they still managed to complete it a day early. A few things that I really did appreciate was the fact that I didn't have to wait a week for an estimate, which did come in considerably less than the other ones I had gotten. Josh had constant communication with me and even when I would bug him and he was busy he would get back to me promptly. The professionalism, quality of work and willingness to do whatever had to be done to not only make sure the job was completed but make sure the job was completed flawlessly.
