Call back was within 24hrs followed by a written estimate 2 days later. Even though it was a smaller job they promised to have it done by Christmas and it was. Workers were pleasant and courteous and did a good job with clean up. They were also careful not to tear up the yard with their trucks. I would recommend them.

Excellent! I noticed a roof vent blew off the roof and left a hole which would have leaked. I called Len and he immediately came and looked at the job and got it done within 3 days. He expedited the work due to a rain storm which was approaching. Additionally he replaced the flashing around the vent pipes. Very satisfied, Len provided professional service at a reasonable and fair price. I would definitely call this company for any other roof related issues. He has been in business for quite some time in the Slate Belt and is well respected in the community.

I have no complaints at all with the Roof Doctor. Everything was done within budget. The work was done in one day as promised, and they cleaned up everything. The crew was hard working and very respectful. No yelling , just very focused on the job at hand! I am very pleased and happy with the work done and would recommend the Roof Doctor to anyone!!

The Roofing Doctor came right away and started my repairs early in the morning. I was impressed. You hear all kinds of stories about hiring contractors. This one had a happy ending. We had a number of slates broken by falling snow from an upper roof that the Roof Doctor came to replace. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was professional and cleaned up after they were done. No more leaks and the cost was very reasonable. I will use the Roof Doctor for all my roofing repairs.

The job the Roof Doctor did was amazing. My roof was scheduled during the hottest days of the summer. My house is two stories in height with very steep pitch. Just remember with any construction job; it gets ugly before it gets pretty. The Roof Doctor's attention to detail shows in the final product. The job site was cleaned up at the end of every day, and once the job was completed you would have never known someone had just replaced your roof. My project was partially paid by insurance and partly from my pocket. I was one of the lucky ones (sarcasm) to have half my roof taken off by hurricane Sandy. Until the Roof Doctor could replace my roof they made sure that my damaged roof would not leak. You will not go wrong if you hire the Roof Doctor. A great company and owner to work with, and a superb final product.

He is local and he did a good job. He did it all. He cleaned it up and his personality was good. His crew was good and fast. I've had no complaints or problems with him. He answered all my questions and I was well pleased with him. I think his price was fair. I had a couple of other estimates and they were a little bit higher. The shingles were made of good stuff and will outlast me. His responsiveness and punctuality were very good. A couple of times it was hard to get hold of him only because of the storm. There was so much damage here. As soon as I got hold of him, he came and worked. He had to wait a bit though because of the weather. His professionalism was very good. He cleaned up after himself and he was good. I will use him again in the future and will not go anywhere else.

Went very well,checkrd for leaks,bad wood or any thing that could be a problem,didn't find any. Over all it just went very smoothly

They called me back right away. They came out and gave me an appraisal right away. The appraisal was very accurate. He sent the guys out to do the work within the week after I agreed. I am pleased with their services.
