heating oil companies
 + -1 moreThe price was reasonable. They are cheaper than the competition- that is why my husband chose them. They usually come the next day after the order.

propane sales
 + -1 moreThey were pretty good, they came out when they said they would. I am in the mountains so they don't come out there everyday but when they said they would they did. A lot of other companies I have problems with. They don't get up around the area to much and just for one customer, that is a pain in the neck and you know how they think. Reimer was good and they were honest with me. They said yeah, we get up there once and a while but it is a little remote for us. Blah, blah, blah but when they did say they came, They came and they did show up on time. The guy was a gentleman and I was actually $27.00 short and they billed me. Being a new customer you would think they wouldn't do that. I like them, they were really good and their service was on time and all that. That is very important up there. They are very professional and have never found water in my tank.
Description of Work: I used Reimer Brothers Inc for kerosene heat in my other house. I have 250 gallon kerosene tank. I had contact with them about six months ago. they charge per gallon and they ask if I wanted a contract but I said I didn't want all that. When you have a contract with them they come out automatically and fill your tank. They don't know how much you have used but they all do this. They will fill up your tank even if you have some in it and charge you for a full tank. you get it for a little bit better price because you are on contract with them. We don't live there so its not worth it. Maybe if I lived there it wouldn't be different.
