BE WARY! These individuals are trying to scam you and bully you into helping them make money. They care for NOTHING but their cut. I was searching for a rental in the Scranton area and they bullied my fiancee into trying to sign a lease on a run down shack in the area. When I went up with her to look at the house the place was FILTHY dirty. The kitchen tile floor was completely ruined, there was BLACK MOLD growing around the caulking, the carpet was torn up, there were cigarette butts littered inside the house. It was wholly unacceptable. We get back to the realty office to discuss things and when I calmly asked for fixes to these issues in writing, they THREW ME OUT. The are trying to bully and intimidate their clients into unlivable houses so they can profit of the commission. \ DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! BE WARNED!

I REALIZE IT IS A TOUGH MARKET HOWEVER COMUNICATION WAS POOR, A SECOND SHOWING WAS NEVER SCHEDULED , BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THEY DO NOT ADVERTISE IN PAPER OR LOCAL PUBLICATIONS--THIS DOES NOT HELP MUCH IN SELLING A PROPERTY, EVERYONE DOES NOT CARE TO USE A COMPUTER TO ACCESS CURRENT LISTINGS OR DO NOT OWN ONE.-WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO A FIRM THAT DOESN;T PROVIDE SUFFICIENT EXPOSURE---
