Description of Work: Able hands did come to our home and discuss our projects... But we never hard from them Again. After not hearing back from them for 2 weeks, I phoned them a few times - no response. I believe a professional company should have the common courtesy to communicate with the customer. If you do not want the job - ok... Just let me know so I do not waste valuable time waiting on your estimate.

Description of Work: Eric gave me a very good estimate to refinish a large multilevel deck at my home which needed a lot of work. His work was excellent and professional. My deck now looks like new! He showed up when he said he would and finished the job on time. His team was very courteous at all times. In addition Eric made small repairs as he came across them while finishing the deck and still did not exceed his estimate.I highly recommend him and will use his services again.
