It went perfectly. I Bought 2 coupons so I have yet to use the other one. I used them within 2 months of me purchasing the deal and I wasn't charged anything extra. He did a bunch of things; he painted and installed a safe in the wall. He was approximately here for half the day.

Unfortunately, I had to call them back three times to finish work they had not done. They came and put the window in and it is beautiful and every time I called they came out quickly. I'm not a complainer there was just work that wasn't done. I don't know why it wasn't done right the first time. I told them I wanted more wood in the back to cover up a window and after the work was done there was still a window cut out where the old one used to be. They charged me more money and said it was in the contract.

They did a really sloppy job initiailly. They broke a piece of trim and glued it and did not paint it and tried to repair it with some kind of sealant material. They came and measured and told me to pick out certain items based on their measurements and then told me that they could not use any of the items that I purchased based on their measurements. They ended up having to charge me more than their initial quote. They made me meet them at Lowes to pick out items that would work for them, which I did not understand. Their paint job was extremely sloppy. They left a dirty paint brush in my laundry tub. They sent someone else out and the final gentleman fixed everything and came back and repainted. I would not use them in the future. In the end, everything turned out fine - but it should not have taken that long, had the additional costs, been that complicated, and had that many attempts.

Mike's work was a complete disaster. I would not recommend him to anyone. He obviously took the job having no experience with wrapping and has actually done damage to my house that I will have to pay more money to correct. I hired Mike based upon the A rating on this site notwithstanding all the red flags. I will not make that mistake again.

They were very good and they met our expectations. They came, did what they said they would do, and left.

My toilet hadn't worked right since I'd had it replaced when I first moved in. Mike figured out very quickly that the problem was the quality of the toilet. He replaced it with a superior model, and also fixed the water valve, which he noticed was broken when he tried to shut off the water to the toilet. My fence had a broken post, plus the fence sections on either side of the post had come down as well when the post broke. Also, the gate was crooked and warped and the hardware had come off. Mike and his assistant did a great job on the repairs, and fixed the gate so it can be opened and closed from both sides (something that wasn't the case before, as my brother found out one day when he returned something to my shed when I wasn't home and ended up having to climb the fence to get out of my backyard) Throughout the whole process, Mike and his assistant were extremely professional and pleasant. Mike is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. The amount charged was for materials (fencing, concrete, toilet, etc.) and labor, and was fair for the work done and the quality, plus the work is guaranteed for 3 years. I will definitely be using this company again.

He has a good personality and communicates well. He provides quick responses on any call backs, even if they were not his fault. He was just wonderful to have work for us.
