I can't say enough about the work Wright did for us. We had a mold issue that required replacement of a large section of subfloor, drywall, trim work, and tile removal and installation. They even picked up a large kitchen cabinet for us and reinstalled it when the carpenter who rebuilt it was concerned about installing it due to the coronavirus. They were always very responsive, professional and extremely courteous, even checking in with us every day to see how the work went that day. I've never been more satisfied with a contractor, and would not even call another company if I needed this type of work done again.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after my awesome experience with Wright Restoration Services, I feel compelled to leave my review. I left a frantic message on a holiday weekend. Laura called me back in short order. She let me know that once she got into the office on Monday that she would find someone to come out that day, if possible. First thing Monday morning Laura arranged for Brian, Director of Operations to come to our home. I had an additional need to contact the company and my experience was the same -– Laura had Brian out the same day and I had the estimate before the end of the day. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to discuss all options. I am so appreciative of the excellent suggestions he provided. I received the estimate the same day. I feel their pricing is more than fair compared to other similar service companies. I now know why so many customers rate Wright Restoration Services five stars.

Wright Restoration came to my rescue after my basement flooded and skylight leaked during a major storm. The team, both in the office and in my home, were courteous, knowledgable, efficient, and hard working. They did a great job for a fair price. They even helped me navigate the insurance company. Absolute pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend them.

My husband had had a severe Gall Bladder attack and Sepsis. Then he came home and had a bad problem with his Sciatica which meant he could not sleep in our bed. This meant he was sitting in a computer chair leaning on another chair. The workmen were very courteous and very considerate of his condition. They did one room at a time so when the last room was ready to be done, that was when we had to leave the home. It was very daunting to see all of what was taken out of our basement in a full dumpster. One good thing was all traces of cat hair, dander and messes that the cats had done in the past years was completely removed. That meant that my BFF was finally able to come inside our home and not have a problem. That was the best thing about all of what had happened. I would prefer our names not be shown

On-time, efficient. Gave a verbal report - no need for remidation. But did not provide a written report. A written report is no needed.

It went well, had to pay extra for a "deep clean," from a spill.

They were wonderful! They were on time, they were courteous, and they informed me every step of the way. I could not have asked for better service. Carpet Cleaning: Nate and Steve cleaned the carpets. They day of the job I was not ready and they were patient while I got the kids ready. They helped me move some furniture because I was pregnant and couldn't do it. Even though this was not a part of the original quote! Once they were done they walked me through what they did and why and asked if I had any questions. Air Quality Check: I was having issues at our home. Everyone was getting sick and not feeling well. We thought that there was something going on but our landlord was unwilling to help. James showed up and did a detailed inspection. He took time to sit down and listen to everything that I had to say. While I was talking he was tentative and took notes. Once I was done he asked me some follow up questions. After this was done he inspected every room. Including my HVAC unit, dryer vent, duct system, carpets, and took an air sample. When he was done he wrote a report for me on his letterhead to give to our landlord. It outlined that we did in fact have mold! It also showed that our air quality was very poor due to a dirty duct system and dryer vent. I was so happy that Wright Restoration was able to come in and help us out. If it wasn't for them we would still be fighting with the landlord. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Everything,, went very well. We are gery pleased. James came out on New Year's Eve to a**** our serious black mold problem.

Assessed the problem: Returned to spend a full day deconstructing necessary dry wall & wood areas affected with mold, in hazard suits, removed mold via contained poli-modules to the outside, and cleaned the areas. They took air samples before and after the process. They returned and rebuilt area perfectly . . . even to replacing books and nicknacks on shelves EXACTLY as they had been. This took parts of two or three days to allow paint and spackel to dry. Matched paint perfectly . . . a great job! At all times they were quietly friendly and professional. Despite their needing to pass through several rooms of the house to gain access to their truck and work area, they were meticulous. No other areas were disturbed. Then they brought us cookies!! Within 2 weeks we received written report with charts of before and after conditions with names and levels of the molds removed..

Wright Restoration was recommended by our local Insurance Agent following water incursion into our home during a heavy/wind driven rainfall in late February 2016. James (Wright Restoration) arrived at our home within 4 hours of being notified of our situation and need for emergency response assistance to assess the water damage to the interior of our home and schedule service personnel to initiate remediation and recovery efforts. Service technicians (Nate & Steve) arrived the following morning, reviewed our property damage with me and proceeded to explain the process they would use to begin remediation and dry out efforts. They welcomed any and all questions and were thorough in answering and confirming I understood and was comfortable with their answers. They worked efficiently yet diligently to ensure all affected areas were exposed and began drying out while also minimizing the amount of demolition necessary. This will pay future dividends when the restoration/rebuild is performed. Two areas with mold contamination were also noted, appropriate barriers established and they returned within a reasonable time frame (within 24 business hrs) to perform the mold remediation. All work was performed with great respect for my family and I, our home, personal property and our budget. With several potential 'unknowns' and 'what ifs' being the source of the water infiltration, Craig Wright and two of his employees (Nate & Steve) visited our home to do a thorough walk around and inspection and make their recommendations for suspect areas that should be addressed. The inspection and discussion were again thorough and pragmatic. All questions were answered and explanations provided. James has also done a great job coordinating estimates, communication, etc. with us and our insurer. He shares his feedback and guidance on the overall process and seeks to protect us as homeowners. We're very happy with the services provided thus far and look forward to fully restoring our home to it's prior condition (currently awaiting (1) final estimates and settlement of insurance claim, and (2) delivery/install of new windows and door prior to restoring interior walls, floor, moldings, etc.).

This project went very well from start to finish. Wright came out to our place and looked over the damage to my home. They worked up and estimate for the repair and suggested that I schedule a time with the insurance adjuster so that all parties could agree on what repairs were needed. The meeting with the insurance adjuster went very well and the repairs that Wright? recommended were accepted. Wright began the repair work without delay.? They proceeded by first by getting everything dry and screening off the room to avoid dust getting all over my home.? This worked very well.? Once everything was dry they worked to put my living room back to normal which required replacing insulation, removing and replacing dry wall, removing and replacing crown molding. In addition they painted the entire room. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. What was more impressive was level of communication and professionalism demonstrated by all their employees.? Everyone that worked on my home was respectful of my home and my wife and children. Before they left each day I knew when they would return and the plan for the next day. Anything that required my input was explained in very clear terms. The repair work was completed within the agreed upon time and at the agreed upon price. I would hire them again for other work around my home.? In fact I had a few projects that I needed to hire someone to do so while they were working at my home I asked if they would take care of them for me.? They were very willing to accommodate us and complete those projects also. I would have no difficulty recommending them to anyone.

The crew from Wright Restoration was professional and personable. They used herb based solutions to prohibit mold growth. This was extremely important to me being that I was due to deliver my first child the very next day. I would highly recommend this company and would quickly use them should I ever need their services in my own home.

Very quick - showed up same day that I called, to extract water. Very nice job and excellent employees!

Work proceeded by building owner who contracted Wright Restoration Services Inc. to handle demo and re-construction. Wright arrived within very short notice and accessed necessary activities quickly established a schedule based on extent of damage. They quickly worked to remove the remaining standing water and made arrangements for temporary storage of office furniture. Throughout the restoration they kept us completely informed and worked with the insurance adjusters and building owner to accommodate schedules while expediting as many process as possible. By the end of the 1st day, all standing water was removed along with damaged carpet and the office was in the process of being dried as much as possible prior to being rebuilt. All office furniture was dis-assembled, removed and temporarily stored while damaged drywall was replaced along with new carpet and trim and painting. All damaged materials were removed from the premise. Upon completion furniture and office materials were reassembled and installed. Special care was taken to minimize the impact to our data center which remained in-service during the entire event. Wright set and maintained a schedule upfront completing the entire process in exactly 2 weeks from the initial engagement. They worked with us through each step of the process and assisted wherever possible to minimize the impact tour operations given the severity of destruction to the office space. I can not speak specifically to the cost as this was handled by the building owner dealt with through their insurance. I would certainly use Wright again should the need arise and would recommend them.

Craige Wright gave me a thorough understanding of what needed to be done and why, and brought in an outstanding crew to accomplish the project. ?They were professional, unobtrusive in our home yet very friendly and accommodating. ?I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!

When Gina called on the 9th, I asked that she have Craig provide a written contract for the work. We only had a written estimate from him and needed a contract. When asked for the contract for us to review, he all of a sudden couldn't do the work. I'm not sure why he couldn't do the work. He commented that he wasn't sure that he could get the shims level and didn't want us to be unhappy a year from the installation. He came to the house twice and seemed to really know what he was doing. So we are confused as to why he didn't believe he could perform the work. We are upset that within just a few hours of receiving confirmation of the installation date, they were all of a sudden not able to perform the work. We are now left with a door that had to be custom built based on his measurements and are not sure if it is accurate. Craig had also advised us not to order a storm door because he could find one cheaper; Gina didn't know anything about the storm door and it was never ordered. We also have to now pay for the delivery of the door because he was going to pick it up. Craig had stated that he was overwhelmed. If he was so overwhelmed, he should have let us know he couldn't do the work long before the 9th and should have never taken the job. We want other people to be aware that he is not reliable to his word. He will leave you high and dry.

We had a septic system backup that cause water damage in our finished basement. After looking at several water damage remediation companies ? large and small, we choose Always Wright Cleaning (now Wright's Restoration Services) b/c they offered 24 Hour emergency service, water extraction, and mold remediation in addition to damage restoration. Also, Wright's is fully licensed, certified, bonded, and insured. They were on the job within 1 day of the flood and were able to handle the water damage quickly and professionally. In our case, they were able to save the rug as well! Craige Wright is not only certified in cleaning/restoration and mold remediation, but is very experience in building construction and remodeling. They worked with our insurance company and all the damage/restoration was covered. We found Craige and his people to be very honest professionals who really do care about doing the job right.
