Estimate process, scheduling and professionalism top notch. Super friendly people, that listen and don't try to hard sell over what you need. Communication and explanation of what would be done and what was done was crystal clear. They cleared a few gutter clogs as well while they were close to the downspouts. Future work rewards and referral bonus a nice touch.

We did find them through Angie’s List and they have like a million As. They came out several times when we called them for several different things. We are so happy with them. The workers were excellent. The one guy was here early and he stayed late until he was completely done. It was just a boiling hot day and I remember he was up there just working all day. Three out of the four jobs were done very quickly and then the insulation, we had to wait a while, but it was fine because that was not anything urgent. They told us that it might be a couple of weeks because they had to work with another company to get this blown-in insulation product. What stood out about them was that they were responsive and competent.

He complained a decent bit and gave me the impression that he didn't want the job.

Tim came out and feathered in a Temporary Shingle repair so that my hole in my roof would stop leaking so I could deal with the insurance company on getting the adjustor to properly review all the damage. The roof was icy and snow covered and Tim came out and climbed up to do the repair. He was outstanding and extremely professional. I highly recommend these guys for repair and if Tim is any indication of the other team members then I would recommend these guys for any of your roofing needs.

The removed off old roof over a few days and installed wood decking, as they were tearing off roof they showed me some interior damage to my house that they graciously left a piece of the roof off for a night so that I could address it instead of just covering it over. decked all of the roof and then covered it with metal. Great craftsman on the job, attention to detail was good, I was able to survey the work nightly with a borrowed bucket lift. They also installed siding to a dormer window which was done nicely as well. In the end I had a couple of companies quote this job and they were the most expensive however I think that in the end the other companies would have had a hard time completing the project. Overall I am happy with the roof I got and when its said and done I am glad that I had choosen Diversified.

Contacted provider in summer for estimate. Signed contract at the end of August. Because of popularity of provider and summer weather condtions, we are experiencing more of a wait than expected. However, so far our experience with this provider has been positive.

Person arrived as scheduled without losing time to get busy. Once he reviewed the roof, he spelled out the options and the pricing.

Originally called them after leak in the roof of our old home. Asphalt shingles were beyond need for replacement. I was actually refinancing my house at the time and there was water damage on an internal ceiling. They came and did the repair and gave me a letter certifying the roof , that the bank accepted in order to refinance. Without proof the roof was fixed, they wouldn't have refinanced. Did very good, professional job. Gave me different options as I was interested in standing seem on our old home. Eventually settled on part standing seem, part asphalt shingle as balance between look and price. After providing the initial repair, they came back a few weeks later to do the entire roof. Were punctual, clean and did a quality job. No problems at all. Would highly recommend them. Worked with Matt Hershey and Galen Smoker.

The crew came out when promised and performed the work promptly. They cleaned up completely when they were finished. I would highly recommend Diversified Roofing.

They answered the phone right away. They are very helpful. They actually send you a photo of the person coming to the house so you know who you are opening the door to. I thought that was great for safety. We have little kids and we tell them not to open the door to strangers and this helped because we knew who we were expecting. He was great, professional, courteous, neat, kept me informed all along the way, which was a matter of an hour and a half. I would recommend them.

Arrived on time; did complete roof inspection(used a written checklist to make sure he didn't forget anything) - inside (where access was available) and out; found two gutter downspouts clogged(cleaned those out), several shingles that needed to be glued down (took care of that), and a couple of spots were moss was growing on shingles(cleaned that off)

From first contact to final work, everything went well. Bids were in on time, work was done as outlined, there were no delays, no additional or unexpected costs, workers and salesman were polite and friendly, and one of the main principals in the company came by after the work was finished and did a complete inspection.

Again, no service performed.

They were very professional men. They cleaned up everything. You could not tell they were here. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service and quality of workmanship. All personnel were courtesy, punctual, and gave excellent explanations of all options. The price was reasonable. It was necessary to replace some of the 4 x 8 subroof. The amount of this additional work that was required could not be initially determined and therefore was not included in the initial contract. I was pleased that this additional work was billed at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again. Working with them has been a pleasant experience.
