The walkway and landscape work was great. However, other work that was supposed to be done was never completed.

I can't say enough good about Dixon's professionalism, customer service, and ideas. I would highly recommend him to any prospective client. He and his team exceeded our expectations.

Dixon and his team did a fantastic job! We had a flagstone patio installed, new planters in the front, and gutter piped away from the home. I could not believe how fast they got things installed. Dixon as other reviewers noted is very knowledgeable. If you have questions on plants or general engineering...he knows it. We had concern about some of the stone installed and he quickly fixed the concern..no questions but explained why the marks were there. He is honest and you can trust what he is saying. After meeting him, we did not even bid the project out. Phase 2 will start next year.

Professional and on time work

Dixon and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job creating my very own oasis. I told them what I wanted and in record time the work was done not only ON TIME but in a very professional manner. Watching this crew work their magic was truly amazing, they were so synchronized. I am thoroughly pleased with the transformation as are my neighbors, Several were given the " tour". Best investment I have made in a long time. Glad I found Dixon!

It took 3 months for Dixon to do the work after we had signed the contract and put down 50%. We would not have hired him had we any indication that it would be more than 30 days until installation. The other 2 HomeAdvisor contractors promised to complete the work within 3 weeks of being hired. Furthermore, Dixon changed the start date multiple times, with as little warning as hours. The patio looks great.

Supposedly he knows what he's talking about due to the many years of experience. However, those many years only means he needs to retire. The grading did not stop the problem, but he hasn't responded to remedy the situation. He does not stand by his work. Make sure you get the price before having them do any additional work. Do not trust him to give you the best offer. He will remove plants that to him are just in his way w/o consulting you.

My experience with Dixon and his crew was excellent. He understood exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to do it. His crew was on time and finished the project in record time it looks amazing they are wonderful to work wit and the property was spotless when they were finished.. They are early birds!!! They got at my home on time and got right to work. The men were wonderful and knew just what they were doing!! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional job. Not only was there a quick quotation but quick to get the job done, which was crucial for us. We had another big job coming up right behind him. I was totally thrilled with the final project!

A very knowledgeable contractor. His estimate was very competitive and his crew did the work efficiently and on time. The finished job looks better than I anticipated, would recommend him to anyone.

I had to move several of the plants since his workers put them directly in a stone walkway. It gave me the impression he did not really listen to my requests when discussing the project. He said that a few plants that did not come back would be refunded, but he is not returning any emails. Overall i liked the look once i had to clean up after his workers, but would look elsewhere next time.

Dixon Teter is professional and honest and I would recommend him to anyone. Not only did I get a call back within an hour of submitting an estimate request, but he also came and to my home and completed the estimate within hours. For my project, he was able to fit me in that day, which was amazing! His crew were fast and efficient. They made sure the area was left clean by moving all the clippings to the front of my yard. And the clippings were removed as promised. Very happy and satisfied and would absolutely use his company again.
