Description of Work: We recently purchased a 100 year old home in Boiling Springs, PA. Tom Perry, owner, had to trouble shoot old knob & tube wiring and then upgrade the areas that had not been addressed 10 years ago when the previous owner upgraded. This included by passing the K&T, rewiring, replaced multiple old outlets & switches, hung 5 ceiling fans, replaced light fixtures & rewired for an air conditioner. I truly thought the bill would be upwards of $3000 but it was less than half! The guy is a work horse & very conscientious. We will be using him again when we remodel the kitchen!
