We had a terrific experience. I was coordinating two contractors and he couldn't have been more accommodating w/ scheduling. He provided options to work within our budget, which I really appreciated. Also, he was willing to do what it takes to do the project "right". We had an issue w/ our wall configuration. He came over on a Saturday to complete the project. He really went above & beyond.

Our experiences were really good with this company. We've continued to use him a couple of times now. He needed to run out and get a different ceiling fan but he was probably here for 3 to 4 hours. He was really reasonable in cost and one of the ceiling fans was older but he was pretty resourceful to rig it up and make it work.

Couldn't be happier. I called him on Friday & he set a time to come out the following Tuesday. He showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently, and finished in 1.25 hours. Tom was professional, competent, courteous, friendly, prompt, and reasonable.

Tom arrived a few minutes early (he also arrived right on the dot for the estimate). The work was performed in only 2 1/2 hours. He used a tarp when necessary to protect my furniture and rugs and removed the old lighting fixtures and debris. Tom was cheerful and upbeat - a real pleasure to do business with. Best of all, the cost of all the work stayed within his estimate.

He was very helpful. He sourced a cover for my family room ceiling fan switch that I was unable to source. We originally called him to fix the flex lighting in my kitchen. We liked him so much we called him back and had him do every electrical project that we had on our wish list.

Tom was prompt and professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did the work exactly as discussed, and for the price he estimated. Excellent service.

He was supposed to come at 8; he was here at 8. He was reasonable, and so nice! I will be recommending him to anyone. He was just wonderful to work with. He will be our electrician from now on.

We recently moved from out of state to the Hershey area. I relied on Angie's List to help me find an electrician since I did not have any other recommendations. Haller is good but very pricey even for simple electrical work. So I went searching for a new electrician. We needed some work done in our kitchen due some remodeling. Tom planned his schedule around my cabinet installers so he could be available for the work needed to be coordinated with the cabinet installers. Things didn't work out perfectly with my cabinet installers, but Tom remained flexible to make sure that me, as the customer, got what I needed. If you want electrical work done by someone that is honest, doesn't charge an arm and a leg, is solutions-oriented, detailed-oriented, then Tom is your guy. He's extremely communicative either by text or phone. He's now my go-to electrician whenever I need some work done. Thanks!

Responded quickly to messages, and was able to set up service time. Arrived on time and quicker found and corrected problem. Was very reasonably priced, and nice to talk with while he worked. Very pleased ?

Tom is class act and a true professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our outdoor lighting and fix it . He was able to easily re- wire our chandler. He was able to deftly manage installing a switch for our outdoor lighting that a prior electrician said would be a "big job". I give him an A+ and would highly recommend him.

Appreciated that he was prompt, professional and did an excellent job on all the items that I had wanted done.

He emailed and scheduled a time with me to come visit. He stated that he would arrive between 1-2pm. He arrived at 1:01pm! He introduced himself, and after a quick tour of all items I needed him to review, he quickly went to work. He insisted on putting boot protectors so he wouldn't track dirt in the house. All repairs were made to my satisfaction, even correcting some mistakes I had made. He cleaned up everything to my satisfaction, and the quality of work was exactly as I had hoped. I plan to use TME in the future!

I appreciated Tom coming out to give the estimate, scheduling the date, showing up on time and completing the job. He was friendly and efficient. Also scoring BIG with me is when he came into the house, he put on shoe booties to protect the floor. Just that little touch made an positive impression with me. A few weeks ago, I was walking the dogs and mentioned to a neighbor about him and that I highly recommended him. I was just stopped by the neighbor's husband who thanked me for the wonderful reference. Tom had already fixed their attic fan that had been broken for a few years. Thank you Tom!

Tom did excellent work. He was originally scheduled to install dining room lights that included running wire and installing light boxes in the ceiling and fix incorrectly installed 3&4 poles light switches in our basement. After he arrived, we asked him to install recessed lights in our bathroom. This was unplanned but he was happy to accommodate. Tom is very professional and personal. I highly recommend him.

Tom did an outstanding job! He listened to what was wanted and quoted a reasonable price for the work. He completed the work quickly and up to code. A day and a half to add a panel, multiple outlets, switches, light fixtures, and rewire some existing electrical. I couldn't believe he was done that fast! I would recommend him for any electrical job.

After searching Angie's List and talking to friends who had electrical work done, I decided to call TME. Though I got voicemail when I called, he returned my call promptly. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself. I have some other electrical jobs that need to be done and I will definitely be calling him back. His rate is reasonable. He willingly answered all my questions. I am very satisfied.
