This company was hard to reach. We left several messages and it was not responded to in a timely fashion.

They were excellent. It took them four or three years to figure out where the flying squirrels were getting in, and they sealed up an 80-year old log cabin which we already improved and modernized, but it still had loads of ways to get in if you were a mouse or a flying squirrel, and they took care of all that. They came here to the house too and sealed it up because we had critters running around in the attic. They did a lot of sealing which was shaped to fit the house. They went over the house too for an analysis, and at the cabin, we had two of them done because we just couldn't figure out where they're coming in, but they had methods and they found it. If there's an emergency with their last job, they'd call and say we intended to be there today, we cannot come today so we will be there such and such of things, so you always know what's happening. If I'd have any pest problems in the future, they're the people I'd call.
