He was very anxious to make the sale, but poor follow up. My gas company warned me about him, but didn't listen. He installed furnace/AC, but damaged the outside of my house when installing new connections. Promised to fix. After my calling 7 times with promises to repair, he kept cancelling appointments. After one year, I gave up, had it repaired and decided to give him an F and send letter to all neighbors warning them about his poor service. Also, he didn't flip the switch so furnace would turn on; which should be something any furnace installer would know. Turned it on, nothing. Had to use portable heaters until he could come. He used his young son and nephew to install the AC because his experienced worker quit. He is the worst contractor I ever used.

Called Komfort Keepers. The came on time the next day. Reviewed the situation, offered a solution, which I accepted. Service person ordered while part at my home and the next day, the replacement part was installed. Because of the type repair, I do not foresee any problems with the part or the service.

I didn't know this company from Adam, but I did my due diligence in getting bids from a variety of well-known and smaller companies. They were the cheapest, by far. I was skeptical, thinking they were fly by night. They were not. They did good work. Some things I've paid extra for they did at no extra charge. There was one problem, and they came back right away (late at night) and fixed it. They did a really able job of figuring out what would work, and what would be economical. Mark, the owner, is good at what he does. He's honest, timely, and flexible. I'd not only recommend them to others, I've used them on multiple jobs, and I've yet to be disappointed.

They were excellent and it came to responsiveness. The quote was excellent and they followed through on everything. It was a little rough switch over for the first 10 days because they had a little trouble troubleshooting, but they nailed it and it's doing great.

Wonderful Experience - best plumbing experience ever!! Good people outstanding work ethic and very good value! We would recommend these people to anyone who is looking for good honest people with a hard work ethic and fantastic value for your money.

Everything was horrible. From day one they arrived late, constant smoke breaks, poor attitudes displayed by each tech, sloppy, VERY poor craftsmanship! They left each area dirty, doors open, and things in general disarray. After the job was "completed" , which took almost a week longer than agreed, they were called back AT LEAST once a week to fix an issue with the work they left. Almost a year later the ONLY reason they enter this building is because the work is under warranty; which is a joke considering the same guys who installed it, come to fix it! Having been a field tech for over a decade I give the men who come to the building I oversee a lot of leniency, I know how days can be regardless of the planning you put into it. I understand how a difficult client can REALLY throw off a day. But my experience with this company is inexcusable, at every turn this install crew proved only one thing, their incompetency. After the warranty is up, Komfort Keepers will never enter this premises AGAIN!
