+ -1 moreFabulous! I wouldn't use anyone else and haven't since 2002. HIs workmanship is quality. He is polite and gives you all the facts and pros and cons. He is very tidy and complete. Everything always works like a charm. He has installed and maintained our boiler, water heater, and air conditioners since I moved into the area. You strike gold when you use him. It doesn't get better than this!

Description of Work: Jarrett has installed high efficiency water heater and boiler two years ago. He has maintained our boiler and air conditioners for over 10 years. 85percent efficient boiler,stainless steel chimney, 40 gallon hot water heater new expansion tank,air separator and back flow preventer

+ -1 moreHe is excellent. We were referred to him by our plumber and he's been wonderful. We have an old imported system. He went to find parts online when no other stores would make them or even carry them any longer. He really went out of his way to help us maintain our dinosaur of a system. He gave us a quote for a new system. He was able to tell us what system would meet our home's needs. He made it so that the work that he did and the parts that he used would qualify us for a tax credit. He was amazing. He came in and installed a new heating and AC system in 2 days. He was clean and professional about it. We haven't had any problems since it was installed. I can call him anytime day or night, whether it was a holiday or weekend, and he would make a point to come out no matter what. I give him an A+ for everything.
Description of Work: He was here about a year to do preventative maintenance. He then helped us to install a new system.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. He was meticulous. It was very professionally done. He did all of the extra little things to make sure things were safe. He built a wall to separate the one space from the heater. I didn't expect him to do that, but it was really awesome that he did.

+ -1 moreKeith did a nice job of getting our boiler up and running again. I like that he is a smaller outfit with lower overhead. He came the same day I called to investigate and then came the following morning to complete the work. He was knowledgeable about the system and did his best to minimize additonal expense.
Description of Work: Repaired gas boiler for 5 unit apartment building.
