Integrity Painting

We knew from our first meeting with Steve in Feb 2020 that he was experienced, knowledgeable and cared about the results he would deliver. Although his bid for our project wasn't the lowest of the 3 we gathered, it was that care and knowledge that led us to choose Integrity Painting...and we were not disappointed! Integrity performed the work in early March 2020. We absolutely made the right choice and would recommend them to anyone. Steve and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with and we had zero complaints about the results or any part of the process along the way. They went above and beyond our expectations and the quality of the results was everything we had hoped for.

Steve really did a great job in working with our schedule and making sure to communicate when he would arrive and when the work would be complete. He is punctual, cleans up well after the days work and cares to do the job right. The ceiling had taken some damage from a leak that took place during a roofing project, and he was deliberate to insure we were satisfied with the finished work. His lines are crisp. We will use Steve again for more work in the house.

Steve and his crew were very professional, very hard working, conscientious of our home and were accommodating to our needs while living in the house during the painting contract. We changed and added to the scope of work during the project and it was not a problem for them, they accommodated the changes without any schedule changes. Their pricing was quoted up front, so there were no surprises, even the additional scope of work pricing was open and fair, and their work was top quality. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

They were wonderful. I was home with them and they were very considerate of me. Some of the frames had been painted with an oil base paint and then someone had not prepped them and just painted over it. Steve was a trouper to work to get these frames ready and properly done. Each day they would let me know when they would be there the next day. They even asked what music I'd like to hear. When they left my biggest problem was to clean areas where we had moved furniture and wash my curtains. The living room window had looked like it needed replaced and now I was happy to just look out it without the curtains. They did a wonderful job and a joy to work with.

Steve of Integrity Painting is fantastic! I originally contacted Steve about painting my kitchen (really, the motivation was to get rid of an "ugly" color left by the old owner) and he provided one of 3 estimates. His pricing was the middle estimate but I chose him because he really seemed like a very meticulous guy which is a great quality to have in a painter! Once I saw the quality of his work I quickly expanded the scope of the project to include trim, ceilings, hallways, and some other hard-to-reach areas. Steve completed the job in a timely manner and thoroughly corrected the many mistakes made by whoever painted last (mistakes he corrected include visible brush strokes, overpaint, and bad caulk jobs). All in all the job took close to a week and I am confident I got an excellent value for my money. My home looks great now and I have Steve to thank - I will definitely call him again the next time I need painting.

When I had gotten in over my head trying to paint a room and closet we called Integrity, They came that same day, patched and painted and beautifully anf professionally done.

Great! They came on time every day and even finished the project faster than quoted. We had them paint our kitchen cabinets, walls/ceiling in our kitchen and walls/ceiling in our family room. They did a great job and left the house clean and in great condition! Would highly recommend and would hire again.

Integrity Painting lived up to their name, and then some! Their pricing was very fair from the start, and after the job was complete - we knew it was money very well-spent. They consulted with us before the project started regarding schedule, material, preferences and answered all of our questions. They mobilized and worked on schedule just as planned. They were very neat in performing their work, and cleaned up every evening. It was impressive to see their progress each day, and the finished product was better than anything we would have expected. I would highly recommend them for any paint project you may have! We have additional work for them too.☺

Steve was terrific. He is detailed oriented, and very professional. The place looks great. I never had to clean up after him. There were no paint splatters to clean. I trusted him in my house while I was at work. He even let my dog out before he left every day. If I need additional painting, he will be my first call.

Everything went great, and the house now looks fabulous. Steve (Integrity Painting) is a meticulous worker who takes pride in his work. He is neat, cleans up every night prior to leaving, and does great work. He is very professional, likable and pleasant. We were very comfortable and felt safe having him in our house, and we enjoyed his company and conversation. Even our dog loved him. We have owned 4 houses over the last 37 years and had a number of painters, but he was by far the best and most professional. He is fair in his prices, and easily accommodated the changes we made (added rooms and subtracted rooms). He repaired and painted a few things that we did not ask for just because it made the room look nicer, and he did not charge us for it. I would hire him again anytime and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Steve from Integrity Painting is an outstanding guy and what nice quality job he did for us. We had our kitchen, family room, and hallways painted. The job included all ceilings and removal of old wall paper. Steve was there for a week or more, worked around and with other contractors that did countertops, electric works, plumbing etc. at the same time. Both me and my wife work, so Steve even functioned as "project manager" and he felt like part of the family for the duration of the job. Did all the little things that other contractors forgot about or just didn't finish. The paint job was great, so good that we will get more things done now. Very reasonable price, on time and budget. We will definitely use Steve again, highly recommended.

My husband and I have only good things to say about Integrity! Steve and his crew were very friendly, professional and most courteous in working around our family. Our dogs even looked forward to seeing them!!! The work was quality - no runs, drips or noticeable imperfections. Excellent. They worked quietly and respected the property. Steve asked my choices and was willing to give me suggestions. They cleaned up at the completion of the project and even rehung some items on the stair landing that would have presented a problem for me if I had to do it.

It went very well and we are very happy with the result! Steve's work is beautiful - he used two coats of high quality paint and managed to completely cover the old, dark paint with much lighter colors. The trim is now beautifully white, and the line between the trim and the wall and the ceiling is perfect. He clearly takes a lot of care with his work, and it felt like he was working as diligently on our house as he would have on his own. He made some suggestions about things that we hadn't originally considered painting (like the trim in the upstairs bedroom) because he could see that the old paint was going to look very different/not good once he finished painting the walls. We never felt like he was trying to up-sell us on more work; he only wanted the house to look beautiful and could see things that we couldn't, because he has a professional painter's eye. We were so glad that he said something and completely agree with him that the new walls deserved the same new trim as the rest of the house - in addition, the additional cost was more than reasonable. He was wonderful about cleaning up every afternoon and he stayed in touch about his schedule and progress. We looked forward to seeing him every day, and he was amazingly patient with our new puppy (who was very interested in what was going on, but also nervous!). We would hire Steve again for any other painting project we might have and we recommend him to all of our friends.

Steve Hendricks was efficent and highly professional. We felt comfortable with him from the beginning. He stuck us as personable and reliable from the day he came to give us the estimate for the work we wanted. We found that when he said he was going to do something he did it. When he said a time he was there at that time. The time he estimated for the work was spot on. He was thorough in his prep work and cleaning up afterwards. We had him come in to paint twice. The first time was in February. We were so impressed with his work ethic and the excellent work he produced we had him come in to paint the rest of the house. Steve and his workers respected our household furnishings and our lifestyle. I wish you had a grade of "A+". To my way of thinking this would be a more accurate grade .

Steve and his crew did an outstanding job in what we thought was a very difficult space given the height, the need to paint a very high ceiling, and detail-oriented work around the stairs. The work, particularly painting the stained balusters and stair risers, was tedious but he worked professionally through it all and it looks great. If something didn't look right, he would fix it. He and his crew were in our home for two weeks, with my wife working at home. They were always professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend Integrity Painting to others and use them again.

This provider responded very quickly and gave a quote. Was very professional and friendly. Quote was itemized and sent by email. Provider followed up with phone calls. I ended up using another painter who had a slightly cheaper rate, but was very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Steve is an excellent painter and a wonderful person, the perfect combination of qualities you want from someone working in your home. He is definitely true to his name, Integrity Painting. I would recommend him to anyone.

I met Steve for the first time when he arrived to bid on painting the interior living spaces of my home. I was taking bids on a two-story living room with a cathedral ceiling that reaches 24 feet to the peak, dining room and a foyer and studio with a cathedral ceiling. Steve evaluated the job and provided a concise bid that came in lower than the competition. Steve and his associate, Virgil, arrive on the job promptly at the times they say they will and if there is a problem, Steve calls to advise of the delay and the time they will arrive. There is no delay in starting to work and they use their time efficiently. Steve and Virgil completed the job in the same time with two men that the bid competitors projected with larger crews. There were several areas on the corners and doorways that needed repair from settling wear and tear. These areas were repaired to new condition and the ?boys? found several spots that I had not seen and repaired them without hesitation. The quality of Steve and Virgil?s work and their attention to detail is without comparison. My one requirement was there is to be no paint on the stained woodwork. There is none to be found. The words ?close enough? and ?good enough? are not in Steve?s vocabulary. It is right or it is done again until it is right. Given the difficulty of high ceilings and walls and the contrasting colors we chose, it is unbelievable the sharp lines and flawless surfaces Steve was able to provide. His ingenuity and resourcefulness at reaching seemingly impossible areas over stairs was both a pleasure and breathtaking to watch. We have several small dogs that are ?overly? friendly, Steve and Virgil took them in stride and had no trouble working around them. If you are looking for a quality paint job, done efficiently by friendly, congenial craftsman, Integrity Painting is without reservation the company I would recommend.

Excellent job, highly skilled, top quality work. He handled the difficult tasks with ease. Steve does the job right the first time. Very detailed oriented, he went over and above what I expected. By far the best tradesman I have had working in my house in over 20 years. He is coming back to paint our bathroom. Highly recommended.

It went wonderfully! Steve and Virgil did an A-Plus job at prepping and patching not just small nail holes, but several large spots on my walls. Steve had some great suggestions with color choices. The finished product is amazing. Great attention to detail, quality products, easy to work with, felt comfortable leaving them in my house. Would not hesitate to use them again.
