Description of Work: I contracted for tree work and prepaid the full amount in April. I did indicate that the work could be done at any time even though I would be away a lot. It was ultimately done three months after payment, following a call and a visit to their site. I've used this provider a number of times; bidding response is prompt and work does get done satisfactorily. I find that most other local tree services don't even return phone calls.

+ -1 moreI spoke to the answering machine several times,requesting an appointment. Finally I got a human being in the office and she more or less said she would pass it on. Since I work I would need to meet with them early in the morning or after work around 5:30. I was told that the person giving estimates essentially only gave them after 9 am and before 5. Well that is great except what about folks who work? Finally I actually took some time off from work and met with him. As a landscaping business one would think that they would be eager to meet you at your convenience not theirs.
