John is the absolute best general contractor that I have ever dealt with! His work and that of his team was of exceptional quality, on schedule and of the highest value! He was amazingly interactive and made incredible suggestions that resulted in a final remodel that vastly exceeded my expectations.

John replaced all the windows and french doors in my house and then two years later completely remodeled our master bath and a powder room. Everything was on on budget, on schedule. He is extremely attentive to all details. With the window replacement, when all the interior and exterior trim was re-installed, you could not tell anything was done. With the bathroom remodeling, John did all the demolition, electrical, plumbing, painting and tile work ensuring all final details were coordinated....even matching the doorknobs and hinges to the faucet finish.

If I were to build a house from the ground up, John at Creative would be my contractor, without a doubt. An intelligent, cost effective and well orchestrated process from start to finish. John’s decades of experience and knowledge of building from the ground up proved invaluable. He taught us that stucco is not bad. What is traditionally bad is poor application and poor window treatment. His process of identifying correcting the problems saved us tens of thousands of dollars as well as any future problems. Most companies want to come in and tear off entire walls and start over. This process cost homeowners an exuberant amount of money and need not be done. Also, he has the engineering ability to work with the internal structure to re-create floor plan designs to accommodate updated kitchens and baths. As A wrap up of his total process John has the inspector come back and certify all repairs for the homeowner.

We got a well explained job that was completed in a timey manner with excellent results. During the project we asked for some additional work to be done. This was weaved into the main stucco project with no major change in the timeline. We had good communication with the team and John was on site to ensure the work was done and all our concerns were answered. No disruption inside the house and only a little outside (cleaned up after every day). Did an excellent job of matching the new work with the old.

John is a penultimate professional, he's responsive, attentive to details and provides you with his best guidance before and during the job. I hired John to replace two French doors, several windows and to help with a basement rebuild after a flood. Johns attention to detail and workmanship is amazing. To date, all of his work has withstood the test of time and weather! Would I hire John again? Absolutely and without question!
