 + -1 moreMy biggest complaint is that they agreed to perform maintenance for 5 years (paid for). They showed up the first year after a number of emails and calls. Thereafter we only received responses that they would show up next week, or similar. Subsequent calls, and emails yielded more of the same.

 + -1 moreDelayed project for five weeks from proposed start date. Only two men working on crew. Job took four days instead of the proposed two days. Crew showed up late and expected to be able to work late into the night. Crew spent hours, during the day, picking up supplies when supplies should have been picked up the previous night. Repairs to damaged lawn were not satisfactory.
Description of Work: Installed an EP Henry brick paver patio and wall and did some minor soft scaping.

 + -1 moreThe patio and wall turned out absolutely beautifully. They were generally good to work with, although the workers themselves did not speak good English, so to communicate, I often had to wait for the foreman to come. They were very considerate in dealing with our neighbors (the materials were put in a common cul-de-sac). Reseeded and mulched areas of grass where tractor was. Our patio went from ugly to beautiful! Price was expensive, but in line with other quotes we received from others for job.
Description of Work: They removed an old brick patio, walkway and railroad-tie wall and replaced with EP Henry pavers and wall. They moved some plantings.
