 + -1 moreThey failed to make a timely automatic fuel delivery and the pipes in my workspace/barn froze. I had to have the pump repair person and the plumber make repairs which cost over $2,000. I asked Meadows Petroleum to reimburse me and they refused saying, "That's not going to happen". I tried to recoup through their insurance to no avail.
Description of Work: I was on automatic fuel delivery and they did not deliver on time.

Description of Work: We had unexpectedly high use of oil and ran out. We called Meadows Petroleum and they were out to our house early the next morning to deliver oil and restart our boiler.

 + -1 moreThey have always taken care of things. They are always very clean and professional in what they do. They kept things running along well. This contact we have covers all parts and labor. I rate tem high overall. They are fairly expensive but they cover some parts.
Description of Work: We have had a maintenance contract for our burner with Meadows Petroleum Products Inc. They have maintained it for several years not and we have not had a problem. They were here during last fall to do complete maintenance of the oil burner and cleaning.
