Cody is a master carpenter with a wide base of construction experience. When presented with a project he evaluates alternative approaches to maximize desirability and functionality of the task. He as an excellent "mentor" to the homeowner an effective communicator of specific techniques he recommends or is utilizing. With a repair issues, Cody evaluates the underlying cause of the damage and recommends solutions to minimize recurring issues. The installation of a Wellcraft window well had an obstruction of a sewer pipe that impaired the the view from the window and to a lesser extent egress functionality. I anticipated this obstacle and reluctantly accepted this obstruction as a drawback to the project that could not be resolved within practical constraints. Cody rerouted the pipe at minimal cost. The attractiveness and functionality of the well was enhanced immeasurably by this solution. The relocation of the sewer pipe demonstrated several positive things about Cody. He is interested in maximizing the desirability of the project. His skills enable him to seek "inventive" solutions and success implementing them. Although unrelated to the long term success of the project, Cody is an entertaining "story teller". It was a pleasure having him as a guest at our home as he worked on his projects.

Most of the projects that were undertaken were not completed and they failed to show up at our house often with no explanation or prior notice approximately 30 days in the four months that they working here. In addition, we questioned their time sheets were accurate. Many days, they say they worked seven or eight hours. Our memories suggest that they rarely if ever worked that long and in fact a six-hour day seemed to be the their maximum. We experienced extreme inconvenience and believe that we overpaid them given how little of the work was completed. And we believe that we were misled to boot.
