Courtney did a great job on both houses and the brick walkway. My only complaint is that when heavy rain prevented him from finishing the job at my house, I was told by the person who does his scheduling that he would not be returning to finish the job for another two weeks. Since we had to move a lot of stuff that we were still using for the season off of the porches and into temporary storage to get ready for the power washing, this was really inconvenient. Plus, there was no guarantee it wouldn't be raining again on my "rescheduled" date, which meant I could be bumped to the "back of the line" again. I asked if they could please finish up at my house before moving on to other job sites, and they did move my date up sooner, but not without making a bit of a stink about having to make phone calls to reschedule the other jobs they had planned to start that week.

Called two days before the work for an estimate. Provider showed up on time, and gave us an honest evaluation of the work that should be performed. I scheduled the work for two days later. Again the contractor showed up as promised and did an excellent job. Courteous, professional and did exactly what he promised. Would definitely use this company in the future.

Easy to get a quote and schedule service. He explained what they would do, and how they would do it. They cleaned the exterior siding of our house which was growing algae and grime on the side of the house that doesn't get a lot of direct sun. We removed the screens prior to them visiting, and they also got the window and door trim. They called a week before service was scheduled to remind me and to see if we had any questions. I missed the call so I tried calling back 2 times because I did have a few questions. They never got back to me to answer my questions. We weren't home at the time of service, so they left the invoice. In general, the house looks a lot better than it did before, but we did also notice a few streaks of dirt in a few places where it looks like it just wasn't rinsed off all the way. In the end, we would most likely use them again, but I would ask more questions the first time around.

Job well done, cleaned out all debris and also washed outside of gutters. Very professional and neat.

DAB came when they said they would and completed the work in the time they said they would. The roof looks like a new one, no streaks and at one year later still looks great as does the rest of the house and walkways. They were professional and answered any questions I may have had. They did such a good job, they are scheduled to come back again this year!!

Showed up at the appointed time. All work was done professionally and great care. Courtney explained everything that he did and as well as the results. Nice job and I would hire them again.

Excellent job, looks like a new roof. All black streaks have been removed.
