Description of Work: Had my carpets cleaned. Very responsive to my needs. Gave me several dates to have carpets cleaned. Came out on a Saturday which was a big plus! I had a couple of questions about some problems with my carpet and he took the time to explain what could be done about the problem. I felt he really had a concern about my carpets. He arrived on time and was very professional about the whole cleaning process.
