 + 4 moreShane was thorough, exacting, and professional. He completed his work in a timely manner. His work was of the highest quality. He showed up right on time each day and stayed late to finish the task. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional who does high quality work.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced kitchen cabinets. Removed toilet in basement and sealed drain. Removed and replaced bathroom vanity. Tiled enclosed porch, bathroom. kitchen, front door entry. Base of stairs to second floor Removed and hung new front door.

 + 0 moreThere was never a start, the first time I called got no response. I called again and I was told my number must have got lost and was apologized to. Then promise they would come within a week and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional, they must have wrote their own positive reviews. I'm sure the response to this will be a lie as well. Good luck to anyone waiting for a response if they are busy.

 + 0 moreHe was really great. He very carefully removed the stained glass window and replaced with a standard window. He was very good at emailing me pictures of the progress. He also took great care of the window so I could pick it up after selling the home.

Description of Work: Contractor installed new toilet and kept everything very clean despite lots of blue water cleaner in tank. He was efficient and very reasonably priced. He was supposed to replace some kitchen tiles but advised that the job might require more tiles than I had on hand as spares and we decided to forego the repair. I appreciated his good judgement not to start a project once he was able to determine that the job could involve more than expected. In this way, I didn't have a lot of unexpected expense.

Description of Work: Fixed current decking including stairs. Installed drop ceiling in basement. Removal of attic instillation. Paint and sand deck. Helped with exterior instillation and removal of old shutters Drywall , Spackle and paint.
