Great price for the job. Steve came when he said he would and did a great job on the repair.

Steve came out on a Sunday and replaced my water heater within a few hours notice. His responsiveness, courteous demeanor, & knowledge of local building codes puts him a tier above other plumbers in my opinion.

Steve was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He not only repaired the pipes under 2 sinks, but offered very sound solutions to other issues that I was having in my home (water softener trap, kitchen faucet drip). I will definitely use him again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend him to all.

Steve was promptly responsive to my request to have him call and was accommodating in scheduling his visit at our convenience. When he came to our house, he was courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a fair estimate for the work. He completed the work competently and in a reasonable amount of time. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any plumbing needs.

Came out very quickly on a Saturday. Steve was very professional and did exactly what was needed.

I was searching for the installation of a hot water heater on New Year's Day and received a phone call from Steve that day. I made the appointment he arrived he checked it out what was needed and we discussed when he could do it and price and he arrived on Saturday, January 3, 2015 with new hot water heater. I will also have him install my boiler soon.

Steve repaired our kitchen sing on New Year's Eve. He was professional fast and reasonably priced.

My original call was about replacing our gas boiler, but when Mr. Shagrin looked at our system, he quickly found that our real problem was not our boiler, but rather a clogged exhaust chimney. This was after a technician from another company had spent merely a few minutes looking at our boiler before deciding that it was beyond repair, and trying to sell us a brand new one. Mr. Shagrin was able to identify the real problem and contract to fix it quickly and affordably (without replacing our boiler), as well as identifying an issue with our hot water heater that needed addressing. I would certainly choose Springfield Plumbing again.

Steve came out to look at the job in the evening and it was completed the next day. I would definitely use them again.

Project was for the replacement of shower controls and head. Steve was extremely professional and prompt in his attention to the service request and installation. The build quality of the delta replacement controls is less than desired - this was not his fault as the existing shower valve was delta. But the assembly of the controls is not perfect - not sure if it was forcing it on or just the way the product came. Works though. Wish there was a wider range of temperature control but Steve said that the newer fixtures have much tighter range limits for anti-scald purposes. Also, the new escutcheon was slightly smaller than the old one and there was a tiny gap between the edge of the plate and the tile that needed to be caulked. He did not have caulk with him but fortunately I had some. Overall, I am pleased with the promptness of the work and professional handling of things. Would use Steve again and recommend him if asked.

Steve came in and was extremely professional. He completed his task quickly and efficiently. I would defiantly call him when I need more work done.

If he says it, he does it! Very reliable and professional. Went out of his way to assist with rebate offer delivering it to my house the next day. Don't give it a 2nd thought, go with this company.

Quick and painless fix. He arrived earlier than he quoted and was very friendly. If I ever need anything else done I will call them first.

There was some difficulty in the job but he was able to work through it, solve the problem and complete the job.
