Customer service is A+++. Came to check out my water heater on Memorial day and new one was put in less than 24 hours later.

i am very happy with the service provided. He had the courtesy to call to advise when he would arrive and arrived on time. He was available a couple days later to do the job and he was right on estimate. I appreciated that he accommodated my time and schedule. I would definitely use his services again.

Called me two times to keep me informed on when he was going to arrive, and also walked me through everything he was going to do and how much it was going to cost before starting work. Very professional.

All of the work was done on time and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. In addition, the owner and the plumber who actually did the work were both outstandingly courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve was absolutely wonderful!

Repaired 2 toilets and a shutoff valve. One toilet still runs sometimes, and stops when handle is jiggled.

Springfield called right away to schedule and appointment. He was able to come out same day and install my dryer from Lowes that their installers couldn't figure out.. Took about 20 minutes. Idk going rate for plumbing obviously but I thought it was a littler expensive. However, the guy was nice. Everything is installed and I'm happy to have a dryer working

He called within 5 minutes of our request on line with Home Advisor and came within 2 days to install the new fixtures. Steve installed a new shower head; faucets in tub; and installed shut off valves. His price was excellent, he was timely, pleasant, professional and cleaned up that no one would know what was done.

I was very happy with the price and the outcome of the job. Owner and installer were both courteous and professional. Would use them again for all my plumbing needs.

The work quality is great. They called and kept us aware of the arrival time, which was very helpful. The work area was left neat and clean. If I ever have need of a professional plumber again, I will calling Springfield Plumbing!!
