Steve was very prompt in calling me. I sent him pictures and video of what the problem was and he gave me an estimate. We decided the next day to go ahead with repair. Bill and Maurice came the following day and repaired everything as promised. They were courteous and diligent and cleaned up after the work. They didn't put any shoe cover on when coming in so that is my only complaint. Everything was as promised and they didn't try to upcharge for anything and kept to the estimate. I really appreciate that.

Punctual, cleaned up work area

I called Springfield Plumbing to identify and repair a leak in my ceiling. The initial appointment just looked to narrow down the problem with the owner. The service call came a few days later. Another plumber was sent to my home to do the work. When he arrived he had no ladder to do the work. He required use of my own ladder in my home. The men began cutting my ceiling open with their sawzall. At no time did he or his assistant wear any type of personal protective equipment. No eye wear or face masks or gloves. After opening a 2' square hole the plumber said the problem is the roof vents and he cannot fix the leak. He asked for payment and left without cleaning up his mess he left on my floor. I later climbed up the ladder and looked for myself and figured out the leak is from the toilet and not the roof vent. I called the plumber to inform them of their error and ask for a refund. He stated he wouldn't issue a refund and he could come fix the toilet after the floors are replaced from the water damage. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

In <12 hours, we had a new faucet. I couldn’t be more happy with this experience.
