They were on time and explained everything patiently. Office communicated follow up on regular basis.

It took quite a while to get on their busy schedule - we booked August 18th - they came October 5th, but once they came, they worked quickly and well.

installers were excellent; however, company provided the wrong skylight done. Opaque was ordered and clear was installed. Problem was rectified in a month, Jack and Rich, the installers were awesome.

"Paul's evaluation", was knowledgeable, thoroughly answered my questions & explained his recommendations clearly - complete with "before" photos. "Workers", Larry and helper were prompt, polite, professional. Made repair close to schedule & cleaned up well afterwards. They are very skillful, only 2 antique tiles got broken in entire job, Replaced with match! Best of all: Our old and tricky leak is actually fixed! With beautiful tile roof intact! (Had to wait for heavy rain to be sure.)

First, Vince came out and evaluated our property. He took a lot of pictures and immediately explained things he was seeing wrong with our roof. He scheduled an appointment to review the estimate, and when he came out he gave us a detailed explanation of how our previous roofs were poorly installed contributing to some of the existing problems we were experiencing. He explained their roofing philosophy, the differences between a good roof and a bad roof, how they install according to manufacturer guidelines. We know more about roofing than we ever thought we would after meeting with Vince! He made us feel a lot better about making such an important investment in our property and we really feel confident in our decision to replace the roof. When the crew came out, they were polite, punctual and extremely hard-working. They were neat and kept the worksite clean - by the end of the day you didn't even know they were there! We have dogs, so this was extremely important to us. Essen, the crew supervisor, was professional and paid attention to details. Vince also came out during the job to monitor progress. They were very fair in pricing - the quality of the work was top notch. I can sleep easy at night now knowing that we will probably never have another roofing problem again!
