The other roofers told me I would need to replace the skylights, which would have cost me $2,600 + installation. | |I chose Russel because they indicated in there services description that they specialized in skylights. | |They discovered the previous roofers had installed the skylights incorrectly and tried to stop the leaking with sealers. They reinstalled the skylights correctly in one afternoon and they have been leak free ever since. | | |

Description of Work: Russell Roofing did everything I expect a good contractor to do. They sent an estimator out to a**** the project. He arrived on time, climbed out a window before he helped me discover my access to the roof of my own house. Before he left, I had a detailed, 2-level estimate in hand and a rough timeframe to get the work done. They arrived when they said they would, did good work on a dormer of my roof, and cleaned up when the work was done. I recommend Russell Roofing.

Description of Work: I was favorably impressed by the professional representation of all Russell Roofing employees dealt with in this repair experience from start to finish. A project manager was timely dispatched from the time of my initial call. The work had to be scheduled several weeks from the initial inspection, because of type of work needed (and was not an emergency), and two more because of delays due to the weather. Nevertheless, the communication and information provided before, during and after the completion (including photos)was first rate, as was the workmanship.
