Excellent. The only roofer who could resolve the problem.

Russell Roofing is my go-to roofer. After countless repair efforts by other roofers, as well as my own handyman attempts to resolve three ongoing leaks due to poor workmanship by other roofers, Russell Roofing came to the rescue to resolve a last remaining leak after they had fixed two others in different areas of the house. Russell's training and craftsmanship are legendary in our area. Although their work does not come cheap, it is worth every penny. I don't allow any other roofer atop our house now!

Estimator was prompt, courteous. Workers were efficient, competent and performed great job.

Company is very professional all through this season seemed understaffed so job start very delayed. However, after complaint, owner of company managed personally, visited, and followed through. The work man-ships very good but need to monitor progress, as you should with any large scale job.

The workmen were on time, professional and cleaned the work site. They did a great job.

It took several weeks and phone calls to receive the estimate. Out of the 3 I received, it was far and away the highest, while completely omitting the detached garage which was supposed to be included, and providing for a lower quality product than the others, with no mention of other options. I understand from others that their work is excellent, and the quote I received was very detailed in the superior methods they follow for installation. However given the outrageously high price, lack of responsiveness and incomplete quote I didn't feel they were interested in me as a customer.

Went very well. Installers didn't encounter any problems during the installation. Job complete in less than 8 hours.

Work was done when promised. Workers took care of surrounding bushes, etc.

We chose Russell because they could come out first but the price for doing so was steep. They said "emergency service" is $500 and the vent was $50. The vent retails for $13 at Lowes and took less than 30 mins to install so I think they got the better end of the bargain but at least it was repaired quickly.

Rusell has a great group of roofing professionals, from sales through the actual roofers. Work went very well and quality was very good. They have person dedicated to picking up debris throughout every day which kept the worksite very neat. I can't say enbough about the quality of Ken Hall (sales) Dick Ehnts (operations) and the actual roofers (Padland his crew).

The original estimate didn't include the full job. Unfortunately the revised estimate was over my budget.

My husband and I interviewed 3 different roofing companies and found that Russell gave us the most detailed inspection of our current roof and our options as we have a number of different sections of roofs on our home (8). They were not the cheapest of the 2 , but we feel that they did give us the best options in replacing these different sections of the roof and installing new gutters. They were neat, on time, respectful of our property and we were always kept in the loop of what was going on. Unfortunately for us, we have been burned by 3 different roofing companies and I know that we would only recommend Russell.

From contract signing to job was 8 weeks, too long. More work scheduled than S/B done in one day. Not completed at 6:30 p.m.. I had to leave before it was finished.

His quote was a little high, but I thought he was fine. He was okay and I don't have anything bad to say about him. He showed up and there were quite a few companies that we tried to contact that never even came out. I will call him again for a quote.

It went good. Punctuality was good.

Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they are top of the line, so I could not afford to use them as my roofer. Big mistake, because I still ended up paying in getting professionals to repair the damage from the other company. I hired them to clean up debris in the yard left by another roofer. They worked quickly, followed my instructions. Excellent communication and very accessable through email/ cellphone. This company produces quality and takes good care of its customers.

Vince, who provided the initial evaluation and estimate was great. He even made 3 trips total to make sure I understood as many details as I wanted about the process. Although RR was the highest of the 4 bids we secured, I felt this was the best choice for us. The entire job (replacing flat and shingled roof) took 3 full days to complete. Each day the crew was prompt and were as clean as possible for a very messy job. Each day the foreman would email me pictures of progress on the flat part of the roof which I found extremely helpful, given I am never going to see it with my own eyes because its much too dangerous to get up on that section of the roof! The day the job was complete, we noticed a clogged drain in the kitchen, which shares a vent stack that goes up to the roof. After having a plumber come out an unclog the drain at additional cost, I am in the process of working with RR to determine if this could have possibly been caused by debris that may have gotten down the stack from the job. The plumber's experience is that he often gets calls for clogs following roof work. We will see, but I am hopeful. In spite of this, I thought they were exceptionally professional, prompt and unobtrusive, for a job of this nature. Update (Feb 2015); Russell recently initiated and completed a visit to come out and check on the roof now that winter is here and there has been some snow. This was completely unexpected and much appreciated. Also, related to the plumbing issue above, Russell credited us for the plumbing repairs. Again, the service has been top notch!

The crew arrived early, performed the work efficiently and stayed late to finish in one day. Excellent craftsmen.

Job went well. Crew arrived on time each day and worked until finished for the day. Roof was never left uncovered; house and foundation plantings were draped to avoid dirt/damage. Total job took about 3 days. Final price was exactly as outlined in the estimate. The cost of the job was higher than the other estimates that we received, but the knowledge and professionalism of the team was outstanding, and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The 50 year warrantee was also a plus. We remain happy with the job.

Ron was very punctual In coming over. When he saw that their was a threat of rain, he e-mailed promptly to reschedule an earlier time that day that would be drier. He quickly viewed the situation, took some pictures, and stated the cost, and provided reassurance that it was only cosmetic damage, and that for the wait and cost it would take for him to have two of his men come out, we would be able to get it done more cheaply by a local handyman, or a contractor who does siding. Do to his honest estimate of about $600 to make the repair, we will most likely take his suggestion to have a handyman do the job. Though it is highly doubtful we will use them for this job, I would highly recommend Ron Hall and Russell Roofing for anyone's roofing needs, and would definitely come to them ourselves for any roofing projects.

Russell is great. Their foreman is knowledgeable, punctual and organized. The work was done right and done when they said it would be done.

Crew: Timely; organied; polite. Prompt. Informative, but no time wasted. Excellent management; hard workers: quiet, direct, and polite. Oversight (visit) by head of company at end of job. Trash removed; sweat clean.
