Brendan responded within an hour to our call, and had the necessary repair completed within about an 2 hours (including his travel time) from the time we placed the call. I had been hoping to spend around $100, so the $135 charge wasn't totally out of line with my expectations.

Our gas fireplace had not worked for several years. Brendan of LIMEKILN HEARTH-PATIO INC came to the house and diagnosed spiderwebs in the pipes. He cleaned them out and got the gas logs working again! My family room is now toasty warm. He spent time explaining to me how the remote worked (a rather complicated thing). From the intial phone call, to the appointment (he called to say he was running late), to the repair, he was great ... polite, pleasant, patient. A good price, too. I would definitely recommend LIMEKILN HEARTH-PATIO INC!!

I had Limekiln do work at our previous home so, I was already aware of their great service. Naturely, when it came time to have another fireplace installed we did not hesitate to contact Gina. She is great to work with giving you advice so, that you can make the right choices for your situation. After we chose the fireplace, she set up a reasonable time to have it installed. Our installer was terrific. He spent a great deal of time installing the propane line to the fireplace, then installing the gas log set. It looks beautiful.

The Limekiln repair man came when he said he would and completely reinstalled the two gas fireplaces so that they would work properly. My wife is delighted! Therefore, I am grateful to Limekiln.

Very well. The appointment took about 40 minutes and the gentleman was very professional. He spent some time informing me of things to watch for and ways to detect if things needed attention with the unit (i.e. if the unit turned off by itself, battery low, etc.). He turned the unit off, pulled all of the logs out onto a clean floor cover that he had brought with himself. He had an industrial portable vaccuum that he used to clean the fireplace and then used one of the dusting cans to get to some places. He cleaned all of the logs with a brush and put them back in place. He also replaced the embers. Overall, the only thing in the experience that I hadn't expected was that there was about a 2 week lag between the time that I first contacted and spoke to them and when they called me back to set up a specific appointment. They wait until they have a number of appointments in the area before setting things up. They did follow-up though which I appreciated. Overall good experience. Will definitely be calling on them annually to clean my fireplace and recommend to my neighbors.

The technician called 30 minutes before he arrived (per our request). He arrived on time, and did a thorough job of cleaning and servicing the fireplace. He showed us how to adjust the flames, and gave us a suggestion for how to make sure that our remote controlled fireplace would not start on its own (which is a problem that we have been experiencing recently). He was very efficient and friendly.It went exactly as we would have expected.

They showed up as promised and did excellent work.

I set my gas grill on fire and burned out the electric starters. I called the company to get the starter replaced and they told me that my Ducane grill had very expensive parts. They came, cleaned the entire grill and advised me not to replace the electric starters because it would not be cost effective. The recommendation was to light my grill with an electric grill lighter which I already had.

Excellent. After leaving a message initially, I received a call back within an hour or so to schedule a repair. When they had a cancellation, Gina called to ask if I wanted to move the appointment up, which we did. He arrived at the correct time (they gave me an hour window) and had the problem taken care of in under an hour. He cleaned up well and I'm very pleased with the service.

I called them, Gina answered all my question and sent a service man out for a free evaluation of what I had. They were both very helpful and honest about my options. About a week to ten days later they came back and installed the new unit. The logs set has been working great and looks alot nicer.

This man did a very good job. I was impressed with the representative and what he did. He did what was necessary to have everything in good working order.

Called Gina @ Limekiln to have my Grill serviced for the upcoming season and was telling her that I loved to grill even when it is raining. She asked me if would be interested in a retractable awning, didn't know that they did that too. Just had the awning installed last week. I got the grill right off the Kitchen door and now a retractable awning to match. They came to service my grill and added a new burner and briquettes and installed the awning in one day! It is great any day of the week, now no worries about the weather any more. It is a wonderful addition to my outdoor living space. Not only can I have sun or shade in an instant, I can use my natural gas grill when it is raining. The retractable awning looks great and I am the envy of my neighbors now!

I FOUND LIMEKILN IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND CALLED TO HAVE A NATURAL GAS FUEL LINE RUN FOR MY GRILL. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT ON THE PHONE AND HAD AN CERTIFIED GAS TECHNICIAN OUT TO MY HOME WITHIN ONE WEEK. THEY CHECKED OUT ALL PARTS, REPLACED THE IGNITER SWITCH, AND EVEN PAINTED THE GRILL, ALL FOR THE PRICE ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME ON THE PHONE. THEY DID NOT ASK FOR CREDIT CARD INFO. SAID THEY WOULD LEAVE A BILL AND I COULD SEND A CHECK - WHICH I AM HAPPY TO DO. THEY WERE EXTREMELY NEAT, COURTEOUS AND A FAMILY ORIENTED COMPANY.

THEY TOLD ME THAT A PATCH JOB WOULD MAKE THE CHIMNEY LAST ABOUT TEN MORE YEARS AND THAT EVENTUALLY IT WOULD COLLAPSE. SINCE I PLANNED ON MOVING, I WENT WITH THE CHEAPER OPTION AND WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
