Good work. Professional, courteous and clean.

Mario and the guys are very easy to work with and honest. I liked the work in general, but I had to call them back to fix some it, such as a mismatched replacement stone and mortar that was the incorrect color. They resolved my issues and overall I am happy with how the job went, but it did take a while to get everything ironed out.

They were prompt and professional. Was advised that my pump, although working, is old and should probably be replaced. Advice was given in a "matter of fact" manner and was not pushy - I appreciated that.

Each time we used them they were on time, kept in touch with us both leading up to the work and as it was progressing, and followed through in a professional and organized fashion. Once there was a problem in scheduling and we were able to work around that and get the job done on time so we could go away o our scheduled vacation.. Another rime, when they were capping a chimney, they needed to communicate with the roofing company that had done work for us before in that spot. The two of them were able to work together to resolve the situation, and neither the roof or the capped chimney have given us any problem. Yes, they were among the highest priced of the companies we looked. at. But we are more than satisfied with the work, and we would and will hire them again.

Steve came out to do the estimate. He was punctual, respectful, and professional. I had several estimators come out and he was among the few that I seriously considered. They came in priced higher for this particular estimate, but their proposal would have been less disruptive. than the company I ended up choosing. Even though I didn't select them I am very glad I asked for an estimate from this company and will certainly contact them again if I need additional work.

There was no liner before, now there is. The guys worked very quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

The team of two guys were wonderful. Put footies on and blocked off area. Walked on hardwood floors rather than carpet to haul buckets out. Explained everything and had me check throughout the process knowing I was not a happy camper to have to spend so much. Finished on time and within estimate, with transferrable lifetime guarantee. Very pleased with outcome after flash flooding in area with lots of rain in short period of time. Basement is dry. Want to add that the guys were gentlemen. I had a delivery to my doorstep of heavy shelving units they carried it in the house rather then putting it on the side, and when I arrived home with grocery bags they help me carry them inside. Certainly they didn't need to do that but worth mentioning how they went the extra mile and made it a good experience. Kuddos to you guys!!!

Very well so far. A long standing water ingress problem in one section of my basement was efficiently remediated. The only reason a B is provided for "Quality" rather than an A is because we've not yet had several inches of continuous rain to test the work thoroughly.

Jamison completed the work as promised in a professional manner. Only one change was needed to accommodate a smaller than expected opening in the fireplace, and their add-on charge for this was quite reasonable.

Jamison did a great job for us. The chimney looks great and our new wood-burning fireplace insert looks great. They dealt with a few minor problems that came up in a way that minimized additional expense and were courteous and expedient in their work. Their price was fair and they stuck to their quote, with one agreed change-order to fix an unforseen problem in the existing firebox. We would definitely recommend them to friends, and would use them again ourselves.

The team worked around a scheduling difficulty that I had regarding another contractor's delays in completing a porch project. I was very impressed with the responsiveness, diligence of the work team and the final appearance of the job. I would definitely use this crew again.

Crew was on time, very courteous, and performed a high quality repair in a very reasonable period of time. They kept our premises neat as well. I would hire this company again if needed.

Kyle came out and took the time to listen to what my wife and I were looking to accomplish. We needed our chimney repaired as it appeared to be almost leaning slightly as well as figuring out a solution to the water that was flooding into our basement every time it rained or snow would melt. Kyle offered suggestions as to what we could do and we came up with a plan. Ultimately, they dug a 6ft deep 30 foot long trench along the side of the house and repaired the wall and applied a waterproof barrier. After backfilling it they poured a new concrete walkway and pad and then graded everything away from the house . As for the chimney they tore it down and rebuilt it and it looks great now. Kyle was awesome in working with me on when the work would be completed and was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. The guys who completed the work were pleasant and professional and made sure to keep the work area clean the best they could. The work was completed in about 7 days from the time they started which was much quicker than I anticipated due to it being in December. We just had a couple days where it rained and there was absolutely no moisture coming through which is awesome. The simple walkway looks great and really improves on the mud pit that it was. Overall we are thrilled with the work perfomed. Absolutely will use Jamison again in the future.

Temporary repair was timely and sufficient.

Spoke to Brett, the chimney manager. He was very rude and provided no help. He was more interested in finding out where I lived to see if I was in his coverage area. Even after finding out that I was in his area, he continued to tell me that there was nothing they could do without letting me explain what the problem was. While asking questions, he continued to talk over me, he just wanted me off the phone. He sad that he would have Kevin contact me. Before I was able to give him my contact information, he abruptly hung up the phone. This s actually my second contact with Jamison. The first time after coming to my home, the never provided any estimate or follow up for the two chimneys I wanted liners installed in.

Excellent- crew was polite and professional. The office personal worked with me on both time and price because I needed it done in a timely fashion and there were potential obstacles that could not be quantified without the work being performed. It was a bit of a leap of faith in that perspective but I was very pleased with the job performed and how everything was handled.

Purchased the Angie's List deal and was very pleased with the two guys who performed the inspection.cleaning. Very pleasant, prompt, clean, and provided a verbal assessment/recommendations once complete. Absolutely would consider using them again for a chimney cleaning. Working to schedule the inspection/cleaning was a breeze and the lady I worked with from the office was very pleasant and responsive.

From my very first contact with Jamison on the phone I felt comfortable with the process. The estimator Steve was very thorough in his evaluation and explanation of their proposed solution. He provided an estimate right away, which I found to be fair compared to other quotes I had received. Shortly after accepting the proposal an install date was set and they arrived on time and ready to work. As promised, our estimator Steve was also the supervisor on the job which provided some comfort knowing he understood exactly what the crew would be doing. As promised they immediately began covering up and protecting all of our personal items in the basement and began running an exhaust fan to further help keep the basement clean and relatively dust free (it worked great). The job went very smoothly throughout the day and they finished as promised that afternoon. Before they left Steve went over the whole project with my wife and I an explained how everything works. Cleanup was fantastic and we now have a dry basement. Can't wait until the first rain the test it out. Thanks to Steve and the whole crew for a job well done!!

Every phase was so easy and perfect. Steve Custus gave complete description of services to be performed which included more than other estimates which removed my resp to finish job; estimate for services performed exceeded other estimates as far as amount of work to be completed; workers arrived promptly when scheduled; very courteous and professional; finish product was nothing short of spectacular; their patented french drain, cleanliness, cleanup, vapor wrap; mold spray. I would recommend this company to anyone needing waterproofing or water remediation

I've used Jamison before for stucco work they did a good job. Given the reviews and the work I wanted completed - some concrete repair, stone wall re-pointing and fire box maintenance - Jamison seemed like a good choice - versus going to 2 or 3 separate specialist. When I started the process with Jamison Jim Mooney was the estimator. Jim came right out after I called - looked at the jobs I wanted completed and provided ideas on how to approach each one. Great. I received Jim's estimate in late April and sent in my deposit in early May. Then I waited - no one called in May, then someone showed up in June to clean the Chimney - but they only cleaned chimneys and had nothing to do with the masonry side of the business - per the chimney cleaning crew someone would be out to do the masonry work soon - that was mid June. A month later - out of the blue - someone from Jamison calls and says they have a crew ready to come over this afternoon and start working. That's and odd way to schedule work. The crew did show up that afternoon and started to work. They spent 2.5 days at my house doing something I could have done myself - I know I could have done it myself since I actually went and bought the tools and started some of the work when I hadn't heard from them. Like I said at the top - they did a good job with my stucco work a few years back- but I was less than thrilled with the enthusiasm and quality of work this time around.

Two workers arrived right on time and rolled out a paper runner from the front door to the back door to protect our pine floors. They worked in an awkward spot (under the deck joists), completed the job cheerfully, and cleaned up. They were professional and polite. We paid the invoice and all was well. A couple of days later, we noticed a thin crack in the new cement. Steve Custus, our unfailingly prompt, polite Jamison representative, sent me an email to ask if we were happy with the job. I mentioned the crack when I returned his email. He scheduled a time to come out, inspected the job, repaired the crack, and told me to call if there were any further problems. Steve also gave us some advice about diverting water away from our foundation, which was generous of him and useful for us. This was a relatively small job for Jamison, but we received excellent service. In short, this was the best experience I have had with any contractor in many years of owning my 110-year-old house.

Based on our outstanding experience with Jamison's Basement Waterproofing division, we decided to work with, and hired folks from their masonry division to do stone and brick patch pointing of our two window wells. Residential masonry manager was slow to respond, if at all. It was like pulling teeth to get the work completed. It was a frustrating experience and one we don't wish to repeat. If we need masonry work done going forward, we will go elsewhere.

We had invested in french drains, wall refinishing, crawl space coverage and dehumidifier in 1Q15. ?Was time for first annual maintenance. ?Steve, the original job foreman, came to do the maintenance and see how things are working & looking. ?They look great. ?Nothing like having a year go by and being able to say it looks just as great as when they first left. ?Steve was on time and took the time to answer my questions (and jointly admire Jamison handiwork!). ?It was great that he came out as he was so familiar with what the job had entailed.
