Description of Work: I called this company for an estimate for basement waterproofing. This initial call went well and I set up a day and time for the estimate. The gentleman from Jamison came out and told me he would email an estimate within a couple of days. I inquired a couple of times requesting the estimate. I received an email back twice saying that his computer system had crashed. I never received an estimate.

Description of Work: After a slow start in obtaining the proposal, they were extremely professional and did the work in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: I hired Jamison Home Services to patch and paint my basement walls and to paint my basement floor. Although I think it was a small job for them, I was always treated as if the job was a very important one for them. The work was done well, the workers were very easy to work with, and overall, it was a very good experience.

Description of Work: Came out to do a sweep. Told us we had a major issue and needed a special cleaning that they couldn't do that day and would call to schedule. Would be about $400. Got a second opinion and it was no where near as bad as they said. Needless to say we didn't go with them.

Description of Work: We were informed that we had to have our chimney re-lined after fumes were being released into our home. We quickly did researched and found Jamison Home Services LLC and we very please from the start. Within a weeks time, we had an estimate, and a scheduled appointment and the work was completed. The workers were very respectful and mannerly and completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Removed old cracked plaster and Re-plastered inside of chimney flue then cleaned chimney. Took 1/2 a day. Very large fireplace.

Description of Work: Had to have some work done repairing a chimney. A slab of flagstone was slipping off and would have crushed my heat pump. While working on my neighbors chimney, they came over, saw that it was bad, and brought a ladder over to remove the dangerous stone. They also were able to squeeze me into their masonry repair sterile due to some warm weather. Great guys. I can't access the work to tell it's quality, but is feel very good about the company. They were also the only company that came out to give an estimate at its time if year, so I don't know how the price wad comparatively,but it was less than I had feared. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: They repaired the stucco surrounding my chimney. My house is 25 years old and suffered some water damage over the years. The stucco is over cinder block and pieces had broken loose and other sections showed the lines of the underlying cinder blocks. |Jamison contracted to both patch the broken stucco and drill out and replace the portions showing lines. My next door neighbor, with the same chimney damage also asked Jamison to repair his stucco at the same time as mine. |The work to both houses took two workers about 6 hours and was done exactly as promised. The original color was matched and all debris was removed.

Description of Work: Jamison re-laid my front slate walk of pastel slate stones configured in a long winding uphill path. They preserved my stones and did a beautiful job. They were just great! I am planning to use them again for masonry work on my back porch.

Description of Work: ok so far.....very nice polite crew. I need to watch if the dry lock paint they used starts to p***** and peel.. cause it looks like it is doing exactly that in a few spots.

Description of Work: We have a small flagstone walkway in front of our landing to the front door. They removed the flagstone, laid a new foundation, reinstalled the flagstone using any additional pieces as necessary and grouted the walkway. |The work is very nice. They were courteous and professional and worked with precision replacing the walkway.

Description of Work: Stucco the front of the house, power wash two houses and repaint where lost due to cleaning, point stone work, rebuild two walls and stucco, repair and replace concrete porch, landing, and sidewalk segment. They were clearly not inexpensive but the job was complicated, the advice was sensible, and the job was done professionally with attention to detail.

Description of Work: Stone patch pointing up to 6" underground on side of house. Basement wall rehab that had deteriorated. We were grateful they could handle our relatively small job because they always do things right. They were trying to develop the capacity to more easily schedule and handle such small jobs and hope they've been successful because this is an excellent vendor and good to have the expertise not just for big projects.

Description of Work: Jamison Masonry Restoration replaced our front entrance walkway from the driveway to the front door stoop. They dug out the existing field stone stepping stones, laid down a crushed stone base ,then poured concrete on top. Then, multicolored flag stones were cut at a variety of angles and laid on the concrete foundation with about 1 1/2" of mortar between each stone. The overall affect is very attractive. Best front walk in Bucks County no doubt. They also leveled an existing flag stone walk behind the house and pointed up portions of an existing stone wall. This is our second project with Jamison and we are once again very happy with the result. Mike Markey and Jamie are a pleasure with whom to work. They show up when they say they will, keep a neat and tidy work place and finish on schedule with a clean construction site.
