Description of Work: I hired the Basement Waterproofing group in 2011 to install a basement waterproofing system. Foreman Steve came in and explained everything to us. He was here throughout the whole procedure. He was very professional and his team as very professional. Everyone was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Everything has been fine since then. I would highly recommend them. They will come out when you need them to come out. They're a great company.

Description of Work: Basement water proofing. Installed full-perimeter french drain and sump pump. The company representative took the time to explain how the system worked and why it was the best solution for our problem. Installation started on the scheduled date and took most of four days. Now we have a dry basement, which is wonderful!
