It was a flexible quote. There was a repair and a replace quote. The repair quote was about $3000 and the replace quote was $7000. I would get a quote from the but honestly, they were pretty expensive.

I think that they were very professional. I thought they were expensive. I went with another guy that charged me 2,000 dollars. I would considering using them in the future.

I was anxious to have the fireplace checked prior to arrival of Thanksgiving guests in less than two weeks. The people in the office were very pleasant on the phone and they were able to accommodate my request. There was some miscommunication regarding the date of the appointment (I was expecting them on Tuesday; they had me scheduled for Wednesday). On the day of the appointment, the technician called to let us know he was running late and when to expect him. The technician did a thorough video inspection and gave us a copy on a thumb drive. He recommended some minor masonry repairs, but did not push to do them at this time, and did not recommend a full cleaning.

On time on budget with very high quality.

The patio wasn't square when it was finished, so they had to come back to fix it and they did. I had to squeeze a little bit, but they honored their warranty. Their price was fair and they were certainly competitive. I think that except for the one problem we ran into, and they have since let that foreman go, the quality of their work was very good and they were quite responsive.

There is not much to say except the workers were proficient and efficient. If it weren't for bad weather, the job would have been done a few days earlier.

We experienced a bit of rain and that delayed the date several times but that's natural and to be expected. They showed up on the date they finally could and got the loose stucco off the chimney. They came back and re-stucco'd the areas that needed it. After that dried they came back and used the special elastpolymer(???) paint stuff to seal and paint the chimney white. It was originally beige and stained. When it was all done we noticed a crack in the front of the chimney. I called them, they came out and looked, and a couple days later they fixed it! I was nervous about calling but they had no problem coming out. I was impressed with their response and attitude. Entirely professional. It was a very nice experience. We are pleased with the work and would recommend them.

Jamison Home Services were great. I recommended them to my neighbor. She used them and liked them too. They were very competent, timely, were on time, helpful, and professionals all the way around.

It was a very windy morning with scattered snow showers. We thought we would have to postpone to another time. Jamison gave us a time window and they were here at that time. Despite the wind and snow, they proceeded to climb on the roof and reline our chimney. They very carefully moved the wood stove insert that we already had, cleaned the chimney and reconnected the stove. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant and cordial. They told us to contact them if we needed to and that they would come out to followup. The entire job took @3 hours. They answered any questions we asked . I would recommend them to anyone who would ask. The company does many other home services and based on the prices for our work and the professional way they did it, I would consider them for other types of work on my home.

Fine. I did have to call after several weeks to follow up to get my appointment date, and I found the estimate to be pricey, but not others I called didn't seem qualified or never responded so we had to go with it. Work was done nice & they showed up on time & cleaned up when done & repair looks great, so you get what you pay for!

Very pleased with the overall experience. Once Jamison came out to look at our house, we received their estimate via email. Once we agreed to the work it took a couple of weeks for them to schedule the work but that worked out fine with us. The repair happened over a few days and the work site was kept neat every day. They were able to paint the repair area to match the rest of our house. We were pleased with the outcome of their work.

Had estimator out to inspect and give me ideas on how to limit water into my basement at the bilco door area. One drain to be installed inside the bilco doors and one in the concrete floor adjacent to the bilco doors. These drains would be tied into plastic drainage pipe along the French drains and connected to a sump pump. The sump pit was present with plastic pipes connected to the pit area. A sump pump was to be tied into drainage system in the side yard of my home. The estimator gave me a 10% discount for bring connected with Angie's list. I called them the follow day and agreed to have the installation. The estimator came back out several days later for some pictures to share with the installer. The following week the installation was done. The installer did a nice job. They cleaned up after themselves. Very professional job.

Mario came out to give the estimate. He was punctual, professional and thorough. He could easily see what the issue was and his experience from the similar homes in our neighborhood knew the appropriate common course of action would have us replacing the crumbling lintel blocks above the 2nd story windows. He even grabbed his extension ladder to get up to the 2nd floor to merely remove any loose debris that could have fallen in chunks. Due to the seasonal changes in temp, he suggested to book the work soon as they were already booking 4-6 weeks in advance. 4-weeks after accepting the proposal, the Jamison crew were out and performed the work as expected. 2-man crew did a great job. Work looks great and my area showed no signs of them even being there. Great job. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.

I used Jamison to repair my chimney and install a new cap. I had water leaking through the crown and bricks and down into my attic (crown was cracked in several places and mortar joints were eroded and cracked). They were very professional from start to finish and I could not be more pleased. The estimator came to the house within a few days and the job was performed in a reasonable amount of time after the estimate was given. The workers performed quality work and were true professionals. The price I paid was actually a few hundred dollars below an estimate I received from another company.

Went well, the company got the competitive price and job suggestion. Performed on time, as promised. Did call them to address few minor issues afterwards but responded promptly. Overall very satisfied.

Job went very well. Crew arrived promptly everyday and gave it their all. Very businesslike and respectful. Paid very close attention to details. I was very pleased with the finished product.

Two weeks of calling back and forth and three guys later, I still don't know what I can do to have a working chimney! Not to mention they made an appointment for today at 11AM and the guy showed up at 9:30am....not at all happy with this company. The first two guys cleaned and inspected and told me clearly what was wrong and what the solution was. Waited several days for the paperwork regarding the materials i would need to have a working fireplace that never came , so I called. "Let us get back to you" is their motto. When they did, I was told another guy had to be sent out because the first guy felt he wasn't "qualified" to give me a proper answer. I really didn't understand that as he was professional and clear in what my issues were. Seemed as if there was some kind of inter-office issue with this guy. In addition, the solution to my problem was not to have repair but to install a piece that would give heat to the area and look like a real fireplace. Perhaps the company did not like that I wasn't seeking further work? Overall, at this point, I don't feel comfortable with this company.

They did a great job. They were very professional and did some extra work without charging me which was nice.

Not good-I got an outrageous price quote!

Had to have some concrete work done in conjunction with the sale of a property. Quote was done quickly. Work was scheduled and performed in a timely manner and was completed to my satisfaction. work was done very well.

Got name of company from Angie's list. The estimate was completed in a couple of days. 2 man crew came out ... tore down wall and rebuilt top half same day. Added new cap stone to wall. When weather was good enough - not raining and no chance of rain for a couple of days (approx 1 week later), came back and painted. Also patched and painted small wall on far side of steps so it would match newly repaired wall. Quietest workmen I have ever had at the house! I have a beagle who never even realized they were here unless they came to the door for something. Price was comparable to other estimates we had received

These guys are great, professional and do an awesome job. Highly recommended!

CALLED TO SET UP A CHIMNEY SWEEP AND INSPECTION FOR MY NEW HOUSE IN DOYLESTOWN ON THE 21ST OF LAST MONTH. APPOINTMENT SET FOR SEPT 6TH AT 10:00 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED TO THE APPOINTMENT WITH NO PHONE CALL NOTIFYING ME THAT NO ONE WAS COMING OUT. CALLED THE COMPANY LATER THAT DAY AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS PUT ON THE SCHEDULE BUT NO ONE WAS SLATED TO COME OUT TO MY HOME AND THAT IT WAS A CLERICAL ERROR. OFFER TO COME OUT NEXT WEEK ON FRIDAY BUT MY WEDDING IS THE NEXT DAY AND I WAS UNAVAILABLE. WAS HOPING TO HAVE MY FIREPLACE INSPECTED AND IN USE BEFORE I HAD FRIENDS AND FAMILY AT MY HOME THAT WEEKEND. DID RECEIVE A RETURN CALL WITH OFFER TO COME OUT WITH DISCOUNT BUT NOT WITHIN THE TIME I NEEDED TO HAVE IT DONE.
